研究目的：

评价电针与假电针相比治疗腹型肥胖的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture compared with sham electroacupuncture in the treatment of central obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）针刺组：采用电针法。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Acupuncture group: electroacupuncture was used.

纳入标准：

①近3个月内，未接受中医、中医或营养师的减肥治疗 。 ②年龄在18岁至65岁之间； ③中心型肥胖，男性腰围≥90cm，女性腰围≥80cm； ④身体质量指数(BMI)≥25 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

① In recent 3 months, he has not received weight loss treatment from Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine or nutritionists. ② Aged between 18 and 65; ③ Central obesity, male waist circumference ≥ 90cm, female waist circumference ≥ 80cm; ④ Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 25 kg/m2.

排除标准：

①患有内分泌系统疾病，如甲状腺疾病、垂体和性腺疾病； ②肝肾功能受损的患者； ③患有心脏病，比如心律失常， 心力衰竭、心肌梗死和患有心脏起搏器的患者； ④孕妇或哺乳期妇女； ⑤有出血倾向患者； ⑥患有过敏症和免疫学疾病的患者； ⑦患有出血性凝血功能障碍的患者； ⑧中风或因其他原因方面不能活动者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Endocrine system diseases, such as thyroid diseases, pituitary and gonadal diseases; ② Patients with impaired liver and kidney functions; ③ Patients with heart disease, such as arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction and cardiac pacemaker; ④ Pregnant or lactating women; ⑤ Patients with bleeding tendency; ⑥ Patients with allergies and immunological diseases; ⑦ Patients with haemorrhagic coagulation dysfunction; ⑧ People who are unable to move due to stroke or other reasons.

本试验采用完全随机化方法，以1：1比例将受试对象分为针刺组、假针刺组。随机对照方法进行分组，通过操作SPSS23.0软件得出随机数字，并制成随机分配卡片，用不透明信封密封,信封序号与卡片序号相同。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this experiment, the subjects were randomly divided into acupuncture group and sham acupuncture group in 1:1 ratio. Randomized control method was used to group. The random numbers were obtained by operating SPSS23.0 software, and random distribution cards were made. The envelopes were sealed with opaque envelope

这是一项患者、评估者均采用盲法的随机对照试验。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

将不知道盲法的数据收集员将负责本研究的数据的收集、管理，包括数据的质量检查。手工输入的数据将使用Epidata软件双人双采，比较录入。如果出现数据差异，研究者将要求数据收集员进行数据澄清。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collector who will not know the blind method will be responsible for the collection and management of the data of this study, including the quality inspection of the data. The manually entered data will be collected by two persons using Epidata software and entered by comparison. In case of data discrepancy, the researcher will ask the data collector to clarify the data.
