研究目的：

慢性失眠是临床常见病症，一直是医学界研究的重点课题。近年来，随着社会发展，工作压力逐渐变大，慢性失眠的发病率正在逐渐上升。在治疗上，现代医学以镇静安眠药为主，有一定疗效，但也存在不良反应如成瘾性、依赖性、戒断性反应、抑制呼吸、影响昼间觉醒质量、行为限制等。针灸治疗慢性失眠有悠久历史，获取较好疗效。导师在临床中长期应用项七针治疗慢性失眠取得良好疗效。鉴于此，本研究观察项七针对慢性失眠患者睡眠质量及过度觉醒状态的影响，为慢性失眠的针灸治疗提供新的思路。

Objectives of Study：

Chronic insomnia is a common clinical disease and has always been the focus of medical research. In recent years, with the development of society, work pressure is gradually becoming greater, the incidence of chronic insomnia is gradually rising. In the treatment, modern medicine mainly uses sedative sleeping pills, which have a certain effect, but there are also adverse reactions, such as addiction, dependence, withdrawal reaction, inhibition of breathing, affecting the quality of daytime awakening, behavior restriction, etc. Acupuncture and moxibustion has a long history in treating chronic insomnia and has a good effect. My tutor has achieved good curative effect in treating chronic insomnia with seven needles. In view of this, this study observed the effects of item 7 on sleep quality and over-arousal state of patients with chronic insomnia, providing new ideas for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述中西医诊断标准； （2）18 岁≤年龄≤65 岁； （3）就诊时以失眠为主诉且病程＞3 个月； （4）匹兹堡睡眠质量量表（PSQI）评分＞7 分，过度觉醒量表(HAS 量表) 评分＞32 分； （5）睡眠量和/或质的不满意引起了明显的苦恼,影响了社会及职业功能； （6）近 3 个月内曾参与过其他临床研究; （7）能积极配合本次治疗，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese and western medicine; (2) age ≤ 18 years ≤65 years; (3) Insomnia was the chief complaint and the course of disease was more than 3 months; (4) Scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI) were > 7, and scores of Overarousal Scale (HAS) were > 32; (5) Dissatisfaction with the quantity and/or quality of sleep causes significant distress and affects social and occupational functioning; (6) Have participated in other clinical studies in the past 3 months; (7) Can actively cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）由器质性疾病引起的睡眠障碍者或由药物引起的睡眠障碍者； （2）精神性疾病继发性睡眠障碍； （3）物质成瘾或滥用患者（如酒精、烟草、咖啡因、镇静剂等）； （4）中枢神经器质性疾病或其他严重躯体疾病； （5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （6）因某种因素不能接受针刺的治疗者； （7）禁用或慎用艾司唑仑者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) sleep disorders caused by organic diseases or drugs; (2) sleep disturbance secondary to mental diseases; (3) Patients with substance addiction or abuse (such as alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sedatives, etc.); (4) Central nervous organic diseases or other serious physical diseases; (5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) those who cannot receive acupuncture treatment due to some factors; (7) Esazolam is forbidden or used with caution;
