研究目的：

探讨术前输注依达拉奉对全麻下拟行髋关节置换的老年手术患者术后早期认知功能的影响及潜在机制。

Objectives of Study：

The study was designed to explore the effects of edaravone on early postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement surgery and potential mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

年龄大于等于60岁；择期行髋关节置换手术的患者；自愿参加本研究，知情同意，ASAI-II级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 60 years and over; received hip joint replacement surgery; informed consent; ASA I or II.

排除标准：

伴有精神疾病史，脑血管史及糖尿病；长期服用神经及精神系统药物（如镇静催眠药、抗抑郁药）；酗酒史；严重的语言、听力及视觉损伤；术前一天MMSE评分小于23。

Exclusion criteria：

History of psychiatric disorders, cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes; long term use of nervous and mental system drugs (such as sedative hypnotics and antidepressants); history of alcohol abuse; severe impairment on speaking, hearing and vision that difficult to communicate; MMSE score < 23 one day before surgery.
