研究目的：

评价通过床边即时超声测量颈动脉△Vpeak对区分机械通气脓毒症患者容量反应情况的可行性和准确性，为重症超声指导液体复苏提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the diagnosis value of the carotid artery △Vpeak measured by POCUS in sepsis patients with mechanical ventilation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合脓毒症诊断； ②年龄大于18岁； ③接受PiCCO检测； ④血流动力学不稳定； ⑤机械通气。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with sepsis; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Patients under PiCCO monitoring; 4. Unstability of nhemodynamics; 5. Patients under mechanical ventilation treatment.

排除标准：

①非脓毒症引起的血流动力学障碍； ②严重的慢性心功能衰竭、心律失常、瓣膜病、腹内高压以及周围血管病等患者； ③严重颈总动脉狭窄（超过50%）； ④妊娠期妇女； ⑤已行液体复苏患者； ⑥拒绝或无法进行PiCCO检测。

Exclusion criteria：

1. non-sepsis induced unstability of nhemodynamics; 2. Patients with severe chronic heart failure, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, IAH and PVD; 3. Patients with severe common carotid artery stenosis(>50%); 4. Pregnant woman; 5. Patients completing fluid resuscitation; 6. Refused or incapable to PiCCO monitor.
