研究目的：

1、评估督脉“五前穴”刺血疗法治疗早老性白发病（血热型）的临床疗效。 2、用SEM-X射线能谱仪进行发根相同微区能量图谱分析，观察刺血疗法治疗前后ca、cu、s、cl、 p等元素的含量。 3、评估刺血疗法治疗早老性白发病（血热型）患者情绪及压力的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Du Wu's "five points" pricking therapy in the treatment of Premature Hair Graying(blood-heat type). 2. Use the SEM-X-ray energy spectrometer to analyze the energy spectrum of the same micro area of the hair root, and observe the content of ca, cu, s, cl, p and other elements before and after treatment with pricking therapy. 3. Evaluate the effect of pricking blood therapy on mood and stress in patients with premature aging white disease (blood fever type).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、临床诊断为早老性白发病且中医辨证为血热型（以身热口渴、斑疹吐衄、烦躁谵语、舌红或绛、脉数等为主要表现的实热证候）； 2、年龄小于25岁； 3、自愿参加试验并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. The clinical diagnosis is Premature Hair Graying and the Dialectics of traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome is blood-heat type (real heat syndrome with body thirst, rash spitting, irritable delirium, red tongue or silk, pulse number, etc.); 2. The age is less than 25 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、白癜风等其他疾病引起的白发病； 2、血小板计数＜50.000/ul或有其它出血性疾病患者； 3、孕妇及哺乳期患者； 4、传染性疾病、糖尿病患者； 5、纳入此次研究之前的三个月内曾使用过针灸等其他治疗手段治疗过； 6、同时参加其他临床试验； 7、治疗部位有感染或有其他妨碍针刺操作的皮肤病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. White disease caused by vitiligo and other diseases; 2. Patients with platelet count < 50.000/ul or other bleeding disorders; 3. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 4. Patients with infectious diseases and diabetes; 5. Have been treated with acupuncture and other treatments within three months before the inclusion of this study; 6. At the same time participate in other clinical trials; 7. Infection or other skin disease in the treatment site affect the acupuncture operation.

患者取坐位，施术者双手先用肥皂水清洗干净，再用75%乙醇擦拭，必要时可带无菌手套，穴位选取百会、前顶、囟会、上星和神庭五个穴位，拨开穴区头发，局部用75%的乙醇脱脂，然后用0.5%-1%的碘伏棉球或其他碘消毒剂在穴区消毒，选用一次性无菌采血针（针体：0Cr19Ni9 不锈钢丝?；针柄：LDPE(Low-Density Polyethylene。中国·苏州医疗用品厂有限公司，医疗器械生产许可证编号：苏食药监械生产许2001-0020号。），一手固定被刺部位，另一手持针，对准施针部位，针刺方向为与皮肤成90°直刺，疾入疾出，连续点刺穴位局部5次，出血量以出血自然停止或颜色变鲜红为度。施术结束后，用无菌干棉球擦拭，用75%酒精棉球清理创面周围血迹，以防止局部感染。
