研究目的：

观察复元活血汤治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折术后便秘的临床疗效，以评价其是否值得在临床中替代西药，予以推广，利于患者，从而更好的优化我科中医优势病种方案。

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of postoperative constipation of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture, to evaluate whether it is worth to replace western medicine in clinical, to promote, benefit patients, so as to better optimize the scheme of dominant diseases of TCM in our department.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

a. 符合骨质疏松、胸腰椎压缩性骨折及便秘诊断标准者； b．年龄≥50岁，≤80岁，意识清晰，能够配合采集临床资料者； c．骨折后 1 周内，已行胸腰椎骨折手术治疗的患者； d．中医证型符合骨折病之血瘀气滞证者，症见患处疼痛，舌质紫暗或有瘀斑， 脉弦涩； e．自愿加入试验并签署进入研究知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis, thoracolumbar compression fracture and constipation; 2. Patients with age >= 50 years old and <= 80 years old with clear consciousness can cooperate with clinical data collection; 3. Patients with thoracolumbar fractures who have been treated with surgery within one week after fracture; 4. The patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome of fracture disease have pain in the affected area, dark purple tongue or ecchymosis, and stringy pulse; 5. Patients who voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent to enter the study.

排除标准：

a. 合并脊髓或其他脏器损伤者； b. 受伤前即有长期腹胀便秘病史者； c. 合并心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神疾病患者； d．由原发性骨肿瘤、转移性骨肿瘤、感染或内分泌代谢异常引起病理性骨折者； e．月经期妇女，妊娠或准备妊娠妇女，哺乳期妇女。 F．合并糖尿病、半乳糖血症患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with spinal cord or other organ injuries; 2. Patients with long history of abdominal distension and constipation before injury; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental diseases; 4. Patients with pathological fracture caused by primary bone tumor, metastatic bone tumor, infection or abnormal endocrine metabolism; 5. Menstrual women, pregnant or ready to pregnant women, lactation women. 6. Patients with diabetes and galactosemia.
