本对照研究的主要目的是确定针刺治疗DSWPD是否有效。

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this controlled study is to determine whether acupuncture is effective as a treatment for DSWPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

针刺组： 针刺取穴：申脉，照海；合谷，太冲；足三里，三阴交 腧穴定位参照2006年中华人民共和国国家标准《腧穴名称与定位》（GB/T12346-2006）。申脉：外踝直下方凹陷中，在腓骨长短肌腱上缘，直刺 0.3-0.5寸，得气后行捻转补法；照海：内踝下缘边际凹陷中， 在足大趾外展肌的止点处，直刺 0.5-0.8寸，得气后行捻转补法。合谷：手背，第1、2掌骨间，第2掌骨桡侧的中点处；太冲：足背，第1、2跖骨结合部前方凹陷中。足三里：位于小腿前外侧，犊鼻穴下3寸，距胫骨前嵴一横指（中指）处；三阴交：在小腿内侧,内踝尖上3寸,胫骨内侧缘后际。 针刺操作：患者采取仰卧位。75%医用酒精常规消毒后，用0.25mm×40mm（安迪，中国贵州）毫针进针。申脉、照海直刺0.3-0.5寸；合谷、太冲直刺0.3-0.5寸；足三里、三阴交直刺1.0-1.5寸，进针后可采取捻转法行针，至局部酸麻重胀为度。留针20分钟。 假针刺组： 使用Streitberger安慰针在针灸组相同的穴位，针不会扎进皮肤。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Acupuncture group: Acupuncture point selection: Shen Mai, zhao Hai; Hegu, Taichong; Three li, three Yin intersection The designation of acupoints shall be based on the 2006 National standard of the People's Republic of China "Name and Designation of Acupoints" (GB/T12346-2006). Shen Pulse: in the depression under the straight lateral malleolus, stab 0.3-0.5 inch straight at the upper edge of the peroneal tendon, and twist and supplement method shall be performed after obtaining air; According to the sea: in the marginal depression of the lower margin of the medial malleolus, stab 0.5-0.8in at the dead point of abductor muscle of the big toe of the foot. Twist and fill after gas is obtained. Hegu: the back of the hand, between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, the midpoint of the radial side of the 2nd metacarpal bones; Tai Chong: dorsum of foot, in front of the 1st and 2nd metatarsal joint depression. Zusanli: located in the anterolateral side of the lower leg, 3 inches below The Dubi point, from the tibia anterior crest 1 horizontal finger (middle finger); Three Yin jiao: in the medial side of the calf, 3 inches above the tip of the medial malleolus, the posterior margin of the medial tibia. Acupuncture: the patient is in the supine position. After routine disinfection of 75% medical alcohol, the needle was injected with 0.25mm x 40mm (Andy, guizhou, China) needle. Shen Mai and Zhao Haizhi 0.3-0.5 inch; Hegu, Taichong straight stab 0.3-0.5 inch; Zusanli, Sanyin cross straight stab 1.0-1.5 inches, after the needle can be used to twist the needle, to the local acid and hemp heavy distension for the degree. Hold the needle for 20 minutes. Sham acupuncture group: Participants in this group will receive sham acupuncture treatment, using a Streitberger Placebo-needle[45] at the same acupoints as for the acupuncture group. The needles will be not inserted into the skin.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在18岁至65岁之间; 2. 根据国际睡眠障碍分类(第三版)(ICSD-3)的DSWPD标准诊断睡眠障碍; 3. 无针灸禁忌症; 4. 同意研究计划并自愿提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 65; 2. Diagnosis of sleep disorder according to the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (Third Edition) (ICSD-3) criteria for DSWPD ; 3. No contraindications to acupuncture; 4. Agreement to the study plan and voluntary provision of informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 患有严重心、肝、肾损伤、血液和呼吸系统疾病、严重消化系统疾病或者严重精神疾病的; 2. 患有肝病、艾滋病等传染病和严重创伤后尚未康复的; 3. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女; 4. 治疗期间依从性较差的参与者(不能按要求完成睡眠量表，不能按要求佩戴活动传感器，不能连续7天接受治疗); 5. 穴位部位皮肤破损或疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe heart, liver and kidney injuries, blood and respiratory diseases, severe digestive diseases or severe mental illness; 2. Those with infectious diseases such as liver disease or AIDS and those who have not recovered from severe trauma; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Participants with poor compliance during treatment (unable to complete the sleep scales as required, to wear the actimetry sensor as required, or to undergo treatment for the 7-day period); 5. Skin breakages or diseases in the acupoint regions.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

为了保证实验过程中数据质量的稳定性和真实性，参与研究的实验人员需要具备一定的资格或接受标准化的培训。所有参加此次试验的针灸师都获得了中国医师执照，拥有三年以上的临床经验，并将在试验开始前接受良好的培训。培训内容包括随机数表的使用、盲法的实施、穴位的定位、针灸操作、CRF填充的要求等。 数据监控委员会(data monitoring committee, DMC)由三位数据专家组成，其中一位负责监控整个实验的数据采集，另外两位负责数据的输入和整理。数据的质量由数据专家监控，数据专家每周检查CRF数据的完整性和准确性，数据监控器控制招聘率、完成率和辍学率。同时，数据将提交至中国临床研究电子管理公共平台(Research Manager, ResMan)(www.medresman.org)，参与者的个人信息仅供研究人员获取，实验完成后将删除。 本试验数据经统计分析人员审核后采用双输入格式收集，使用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In order to ensure the stability and authenticity of the data quality during the experiment，Experimenters participating in the study should have some qualifications or receive standardized training. All acupuncturists participating in this trial have obtained a Chinese physician’s license, having more than three years of clinical experience and will receive good training before the start of the trial. The training content includes the use of random number tables, the implementation of blinding methods, the position of acupoints , acupuncture operations and the request of CRF filling, etc. The data monitoring committee (DMC) is composed of three data experts, one of whom monitors the data collection during the entire experiment, and the other two are responsible for data input and sorting. The quality of the data is monitored by the data expert who checks the completeness and accuracy of the CRF data every week, the data monitor will control the recruitment rate, completion rate, and dropout rate. At the same time, the data will be submitted to the China Clinical Research Electronic Management Public Platform (Research Manager, ResMan)(www.medresman.org), The personal information of the participants is only available to the researcher, and will be deleted once the experiment is completed. The data of this trial are collected in a dual input format after being reviewed by the statistical analyst, and statistical analysis is performed using SPSS 26.0 software.
