研究目的：

评价针药结合联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的疗效，为临床运用针药结合联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕提供试验依据。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with herb in the treatment of endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic surgery, and to provide experimental basis for clinical application of acupuncture combined with herb in the treatment of endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合子宫内膜异位症中西医诊断标准； ②年龄22～45周岁女性； ③腹腔镜保守手术治疗； ④有生育要求的女性； ⑤至少一侧输卵管通畅或轻度梗阻。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for both endometriosis and infertility; 2. Women aged between 22 and 45 years; 3. Patients who has accepted the treatment of laparoscopic conservative operation; 4. women with fertility intention; 5. At least one side of fallopian tube is unobstructed or slightly obstructed.

排除标准：

①合并有多囊卵巢综合症、恶性肿瘤、生殖器官畸形或生理缺陷等； ②3个月内使用过其他药物治疗者； ③男方生殖功能异常者； ④不适合针灸治疗者； ⑤对中药、GnRHa过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients complicated with polycystic ovary syndrome, malignancy, malformation of reproductive organs or physical defects; 2. treated with other medicines within past three months; 3. Abnormal reproductive function of male; 4. not suite to acupuncture treatment; 5. Allergic to TCM, GnRHa.
