1.“金水相生”法中药治疗早期代谢综合征脂代谢异常肝肾阴虚证的有效性及安全性； 2.“金水相生”法中药治疗代谢综合征脂代谢异常肝肾阴虚证微血管的保护作用。

Objectives of Study：

1. Study efficacy and safety of "Jinshui Xiangsheng" Chinese medicine in the treatment of abnormal lipid metabolism in early metabolic syndrome with liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome. 2. Study protective effect of "Jinshui Xiangsheng" Chinese traditional medicine on microvessels of abnormal lipid metabolism in metabolic syndrome with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合上述西医学代谢综合征的疾病诊断标准； ② 符合上述中医学肝肾阴虚证的诊断标准； ③ 年龄在18-70岁之间，并且有独立行为能力者； ④ 了解本研究的全过程，并且知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome in western medicine; 2. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome; 3. Subjects aged between 18 and 70 years with independent behavior ability; 4. Those who can understand the whole process of this study and have informed consent.

排除标准：

① 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ② 有本病的严重合并症、并发症的患者，或合并其他严重原发性疾病、肝肾功能异常、精神病患者，或过敏体质及多种药物过敏者； ③ 依从性差、失访或无法提供相关材料者； ④ 同时接受其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with serious complications or complications of the disease, or patients with other serious primary diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness, or allergic constitution and multi drug allergy; 3. Patients with poor compliance, loss of follow-up or failure to provide relevant materials; 4. Subjects receiving other clinical trials at the same time.
