研究目的：

检验八段锦运动干预对肾移植受者衰弱状态的影响,并探讨其作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effects of Baduanjin exercise intervention on frailty of kidney transplant recipients and explore the mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

成功接受同种异体肾移植手术的受者；FP衰弱评估量表评分≥1分；年龄≥18岁；移植时间≥12个月；无严重心血管系统、骨关节系统等禁忌运动或影响运动完成的疾病；知情同意、愿意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Kidney transplant recipients have functioanl kidney; FP scale score >= 1; aged 18 years or older; have completed at least 12 months of post-transplant time; have no serious cardiovascular system, bone and joint system and other contraindications or diseases affecting exercise completion;voluntarily participated in the study.

排除标准：

多脏器联合移植的受者；合并严重心、脑、肺等重要脏器器质性病变者；已参与其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. have multiple organ transplantation; 2. have severe organic diseases of heart, brain, lung and other important organs; 2. have participated in other clinical trials.
