研究目的：

本项目以糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者为研究对象，采用随机对照研究设计，探讨运用耳穴综合疗法（包含耳穴按摩、耳穴放血、耳穴压法）对糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者的防治效果，评价耳穴综合疗法对患者血糖波动指标（包含在目标范围内时间（TIR）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（PBG））、失眠症状改善率、焦虑抑郁精神状态、中医临床症状、生活质量等情况的影响。

Objectives of Study：

This project is based on diabetes mellitus patients with anxiety and depression. A randomized controlled study was conducted to explore the effect of auricular point therapy (including auricular massage, ear acupoint bloodletting and auricular pressing) on diabetic patients with anxiety and depression, and to evaluate the glycemic hemoglobin index (TIR) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c). (HbA1c), fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (PBG)), improvement rate of insomnia symptoms, anxiety and depression mental state, clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, quality of life, etc.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合2型糖尿病的诊断标准。（患者认知和功能状态相对完整；并除外严重心脑肾等系统并发症；糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）＜9.0%；中医辨证分型为肝郁痰阻夹淤证：以多饮多食、口渴喜饮、胸肋胀闷为主症，伴有失眠、耳鸣、心烦易怒、坐卧不宁、健忘等症状，舌质淡舌体胖，苔白腻偏黄，舌下络脉迂曲，脉弦。） （2）量表评价提示有轻中度焦虑和(或）抑郁状态的患者。（量表评分为5-19分的焦虑或抑郁患者，焦虑和(或）抑郁状态病程＜5年） （3）年龄30-75岁。 （4）受试者或其家属同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes. (the patient's cognitive and functional status is relatively complete; excluding serious cardiovascular, brain and kidney complications; glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) < 9.0%; the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is liver depression and phlegm obstruction with stasis syndrome: it is mainly characterized by drinking and eating more, thirst and drinking, chest and rib swelling and tightness, accompanied by insomnia, tinnitus, upset and irritable, restlessness, forgetfulness and other symptoms, light tongue, fat tongue, white and greasy fur, twisted sublingual collaterals and stringed veins.) (2) The evaluation of the scale indicates patients with mild to moderate anxiety and / or depression. (for patients with anxiety or depression with a scale score of 5-19, the course of anxiety and / or depression is less than 5 years) (3) Age 30-75 years old. (4) The subjects or their families agreed and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）耳部皮肤感染等因素影响耳穴综合疗法操作者。 （2）合并有其它器官或系统较严重原发性疾病者。 （3）不能配合耳穴综合疗法操作者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Ear skin infection and other factors affect the operator of ear point comprehensive therapy. (2) Complicated with more serious primary diseases of other organs or systems. (3) Unable to cooperate with the operator of auricular point comprehensive therapy.

聘请方法学专家产生随机序列。随机方案为简单随机化方法，符合入组条件先后纳入患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组病例数比例为1：1。用不透光信封密封，信封上编上号码，信封编号应与内含之卡片序号相同，随机分配卡由专人保管，合格受试者进入研究时，按其进入顺序拆开序号相同的信封，根据其中卡片的规定分组和医嘱给予治疗。
