研究目的：

(1)观察电针促进开腹手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的可行性与安全性。 (2)探究围术期更高效准确改善开腹手术患者术后胃肠功能的电针时机

Objectives of Study：

（1）To observe the feasibility and safety of electroacupuncture in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after laparotomy. （2）To explore the more efficient and accurate time of electroacupuncture in promoting gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing open surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.行开腹胃结肠手术 2.年龄18岁以上，男女不限 3.麻醉分级ASA I-III 4.患者自愿，并签订知情同意书 5.接受电针治疗，有良好的依从性

Inclusion criteria

1. open stomach colon surgery; 2. over 18 years old man or woman; 3. ASA I-III; 4. volunteer and sign informed consent; 5 .accept electroacupuncture,good adherence.

排除标准：

1.合并其他精神障碍 2.对电针治疗反感，依从性差 3.患有失语、视听障碍及其他原因引起无法沟通者 4.体内置入起搏器等电子设备 5.妊娠、哺乳妇女 6.针刺局部有感染或全身有严重感染 7.合并全身多脏器严重系统病变 8.目前参与其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. mental disorder; 2. dislike electroacupuncture, bad adherence; 3. Unable to communicate,like aphasia and audio-visual obstacles; 4. cardiac pacemaker; 5. pregnancy, lactation; 6. severe local or systemic infection; 7. Severe multivisceral lesions; 8. Participate in other clinical studies.
