膝骨关节炎是常见病和多发病，研究发现，膝骨关节炎患者多存在膝关节周围相关肌肉的肌力下降，稳定性下降，肌肉萎缩等形态学和功能变化。本研究的目的是运用多种无创性仪器如myotonpro、肌骨超声、表面肌电，测量膝关节周围肌肉及韧带，研究在不同程度的膝骨关节炎患者中，膝关节周围肌肉及韧带的性能的变化。

Objectives of Study：

膝骨关节炎是常见病和多发病研究发现膝骨关节炎患者多存在膝关节周围相关肌肉的肌力下降，稳定性下降，肌肉萎缩等形态学和功能变化。本研究的目的是运用多种无创性仪器如myotonpro、肌骨超声、表面肌电，测量膝关节周围肌肉及韧带，研究在不同程度的膝骨关节炎患者中，膝关节周围肌肉及韧带的性能的变化。 膝骨关节炎是常见病和多发病，研究发现，膝骨关节炎患者多存在膝关节周围相关肌肉的肌力下降，稳定性下降，肌肉萎缩等形态学和功能变化。本研究的目的是运用多种无创性仪器如myotonpro、肌骨超声、表面肌电，测量膝关节周围肌肉及韧带，研究在不同程度的膝骨关节炎患者中，膝关节周围肌肉及韧带的性能的变化。 Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease and frequently occurring disease. Studies have found that knee osteoarthritis patients have many morphological and functional changes such as muscle strength, stability and muscle atrophy around the knee joint. The purpose of this study is to measure the muscles and ligaments around the knee joint by using a variety of non-invasive instruments such as myotonpro, muscle-bone ultrasound and surface electromyography, and to study the changes of the muscles and ligaments around the knee joint in patients with different degrees of knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

膝骨关节炎患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with knee osteoarthritis.

排除标准：

1. 非原发性疾病，如痛风性关节炎、血友病性关节炎等； 2. 妊娠或哺乳期患者； 3. 合并有重要系统功能障碍，严重心脑血管慢性疾病； 4. 皮肤破损、溃烂、局部感染等； 5. 近一周参加剧烈运动患者； 6. 腰椎及下肢手术史； 7. 存在下肢神经损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-primary diseases, such as gouty arthritis, hemophiliac arthritis, etc. 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Patients with major systemic dysfunction, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular chronic diseases; 4. Skin damage, ulceration, local infection, etc. 5. Patients who took part in vigorous exercise in the past week; 6. Had a history of lumbar and lower extremity surgery; 7. Had lower extremity nerve injury.
