研究目的：

1.进一步证实本研究中Tourette综合征 (Tourette syndrome, TS)儿童Cortical-Striatal-Thalamic-Cortical (CSTC)环路脑功能的异常 将40例TS患儿按1：1比例随机分为针刺组和微针刺组，同时招募与针刺组一对一匹配20例健康儿童作为正常对照组对三组共60例受试者入组后均进行功能磁共振成像（Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, fMRI）扫描，通过患者和正常对照组比较，采用低频波动振幅 (amplitude of low frequency fluctuation, ALFF)分析探索TS儿童CSTC环路局部脑区的功能异常，采用功能连接（functional connectivity , FC）分析明确TS儿童CSTC环路与全脑的功能连接是否存在异常。 2.观察针刺对TS儿童CSTC环路脑功能的影响 对针刺组、微针刺组的患儿进行针刺治疗12周后，再次行fMRI扫描，评估治疗前后患者CSTC环路脑功能的变化。 3.分析针刺后TS儿童CSTC环路脑功能改变与临床症状改善的相关性 明确针刺组治疗后在CSTC环路中有明显差异的脑区，进而对该脑区治疗前后脑功能的变化与抽动症状评分的变化进行相关性分析，明确TS患儿的症状变化与CSTC环路脑功能的变化是否存在相关性。

Objectives of Study：

1. To further comfirm the Cortical Striatal Thalamic (CSTC) dysfunction in children with Tourette syndrome (TS) in this study 40 TS children will be included in this study, and 1:1 randomly divided into acupuncture group and minimal acupuncture group, while 20 healthy children will be matched one to one as the healthy control group. A total of 60 subjects in the three groups will be enrolled and underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanning. Amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF) will be used to explore the functional abnormalities in local brain regions of TS children's CSTC circuit. Functional connectivity (FC) will be used to analyze whether there are abnormal functional connection between CSTC circuit and the whole brain in TS children. 2.To observe the effect of acupuncture on CSTC circuit brain function in TS children The TS patients will be treated with acupuncture/minimal acupuncture for 12 weeks, and fMRI scan will be performed twice to evaluate the changes in brain function before and after treatment. 3. To analyze the correlation between CSTC circuit brain function changes and clinical symptom improvement in TS children after acupuncture We will analyze the correlation between the changes of brain function in this brain area and the changes of tic symptom score before and after treatment, and try to determine whether there is a correlation between the changes of symptoms in TS children and the changes of brain function in CSTC circuit.

纳入标准：

（1）针刺组 ①符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版（DSM-V）TS诊断标准； ②无其他中枢神经系统疾病和严重躯体疾病； ③近半年内未使用过治疗抽动障碍的中西药； ④8岁≤年龄≤12岁，性别不限； ⑤韦氏儿童智力测验评定智商≥85分； ⑥经中国人利手量表评定符合右利手者； ⑦13分＜YGTSS≤50分； ⑧患儿和监护人知情同意。（2）微针刺组 ：纳入标准同针刺组。（3）正常对照组 入组标准 ①无抽动障碍； ②无神经系统、精神疾患和严重躯体疾患； ③8岁≤年龄≤12岁，性别不限； ④年龄（±1岁以内）、性别、受教育程度等方面与针刺组相匹配； ⑤经中国人利手量表评定符合右利手者； ⑥韦氏儿童智力测验评定智商≥85分； ⑦志愿者及其监护人同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Acupuncture group ① Comply with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) TS diagnostic criteria; ② No other central nervous system diseases and serious physical diseases; ③ Has not used any Chinese and Western medicine for tic disorders in the past six months; ④ 8 years ≤ age ≤ 12 years, no gender limitation; ⑤ Wechsler children's intelligence test assessed IQ ≥85 points; ⑥ Right-handedness as assessed by The Chinese Handedness Scale; ⑦13 points < YGTSS≤50 points; ⑧ Informed consent of children and guardians.（2）Minimal acupuncture group: the inclusion criteria are same as the acupuncture group. (3) Healthy control group ① No tic disorder; ② No neurological disorders, mental disorders and serious physical disorders; ③ 8 years ≤ age ≤ 12 years, no gender limitation; ④ Age (±1 year old), gender and education level were matched with acupuncture group; ⑤ According to the Chinese Handedness scale, it is suitable for right-handedness; ⑥ Wechsler children's intelligence test assessed IQ ≥85 points; ⑦The volunteers and their guardians agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）针刺组 ①有头部明显外伤史； ②DSM-IV-TR轴I障碍中除抽动障碍外的其他精神障碍； ③存在严重的头部抽动而影响磁共振成像效果的患儿； ④依从性差或存在功能磁共振检查禁忌证者。 （2）微针刺组：排除标准同针刺组。（3）正常对照组 ①有头部明显外伤史； ②依从性差或存在功能磁共振检查禁忌证者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acupuncture group ① Have a history of obvious head trauma; ② Other mental disorders except tic disorder in DSM-IV-TR axis I disorder; ③ Children with severe head convulsions affecting the mri results; ④ Patients with poor compliance or contraindications for functional magnetic resonance examination. (2) Minimal acupuncture group: the exclusion criteria are same as the acupuncture group. (3) Healthy control group ① Have a history of obvious head trauma; ② Patients with poor compliance or contraindications for functional magnetic resonance examination.
