研究目的：

制定可用于THA术后早期康复训练的中西结合运动康复训练功法，探讨其在THA早期康复中的疗效以及改善THA术后患者平衡能力效果，以期在我国现阶段医疗背景下，为进一步完善国内THA术后康复方案提供理论和实践经验。

Objectives of Study：

To formulate a combination of Chinese and Western sports rehabilitation training exercises that can be used for early rehabilitation after THA, and to discuss its efficacy in early rehabilitation of THA and the effect of improving the balance ability of patients after THA, in order to further improve the domestic medical background under the current medical background in my country. Rehabilitation programs after THA provide theoretical and practical experience.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄60-75岁，因股骨颈骨折，首次接受单侧人工全髋关节置换术； 2）手术前有行走能力，除手术部位无其他损伤； 3）认知功能正常，自愿参与本研究，签署知情同意书； 4）无阿片类及非甾体抗炎药物滥用史； 5）无糖尿病及其他重大疾病病史。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 60-75 years old, received unilateral total hip arthroplasty for the first time due to femoral neck fracture; 2) Have the ability to walk before surgery, no other damage except the surgical site; 3) Normal cognitive function, willing to participate in this study , signed the informed consent; 4) No history of opioid and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug abuse; 5) No history of diabetes and other major diseases.

排除标准：

1）合并严重身体疾患，如帕金森、偏瘫、小儿麻痹、前庭神经紊乱等可影响平衡能力的疾病，合并精神疾患，如焦虑、抑郁、慢性失眠、阿尔茨海默症等； 2）严重类风湿性关节炎累及其他关节者； 3）出院后参加社区或其他场所康复训练项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Combined with serious physical diseases, such as Parkinson's, hemiplegia, polio, vestibular disorders and other diseases that can affect the balance ability, combined with mental disorders, such as anxiety, depression, chronic insomnia, Alzheimer's disease, etc.; 2) Severe category Those with rheumatoid arthritis involving other joints; 3) Those who participated in rehabilitation training programs in the community or other places after discharge.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

临床观察表由研究者填写，每个入选受试者必须完成临床观察表。完成的临床观察表由临床监查员审查后，第一联移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与管理工作。数据录入与管理由统计学教研室指定数据管理员负责。数据管理员采用EPI Data软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。对报告表中存在的疑问，数据管理员将产生疑问解答表（DRQ），并通过临床监查员向研究者发出询问，研究者应尽快解答并返回，数据管理员根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认与录入，必要时可以再次发出DRQ。在盲态审核并确认建立的数据库正确后，由主要研究者、统计分析人员对数据进行锁定，锁定后的数据文件不再做改动。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

TheClinical report form is filled out by the investigator, and each selected subject must complete the form. After the completed Clinical report form is reviewed by the clinical monitor, the first page will be handed over to the data administrator for data entry and management. Data entry and management are the responsibility of the designated data administrator of the Statistics Department. Data administrators use EPI Data software to compile data entry procedures for data entry and management. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, two data administrators should independently double-entry and proofread. For the questions in the report form, the data administrator will generate a Question Answer Form (DRQ) and send questions to the investigator through the clinical monitor. The researcher should answer and return it as soon as possible. Modify, confirm and enter, and issue DRQ again if necessary. After blindly reviewing and confirming that the established database is correct, the principal investigator and statistical analyst will lock the data, and the locked data files will not be changed.
