研究目的：

本研究通过病例分析，初步探索早发性卵巢功能不全患者中医证候与糖脂代谢的关系，为临床诊断提供参考；通过随机对照临床研究，评价蔡氏妇科育肾基础方加减治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效，探索中药对早发性卵巢功能不全患者糖脂代谢的影响，探寻以肾为本治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

Through case analysis, this study preliminarily explored the relationship between TCM syndrome and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with premature ovarian insufficiency, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Through the randomized controlled clinical study, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified kidney nourishing basic formula in Cai's gynecology to treat premature ovarian insufficiency, explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with premature ovarian insufficiency, and explore the mechanism of kidney based treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 符合早发性卵巢功能不全西医诊断标准与中医肾虚为主证的诊断标准者； 2. 年龄≥20周岁且≤40周岁，女性； 3. 理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of premature ovarian insufficiency and kidney deficiency as the main syndrome. 2. Female with age >= 20 years old and <= 40 years old. 3. Understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 确诊为糖尿病、高脂血症的患者。 2. 有生殖系统的先天性生理缺陷和畸形者。 3. 有严重心、肝、肾、血液系统疾患及其它影响药物评价因素者。 4. 存在抑郁、焦虑等精神疾病者。 5. 近3个月参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者。 6. 妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with diabetes and hyperlipidemia. 2. Congenital physiological defects and deformities of the reproductive system. 3. Serious heart, liver, kidney and blood system diseases and other factors affecting drug evaluation. 4. Patients with depression, anxiety and other mental diseases. 5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in recent 3 months. 6. Pregnant women.
