研究目的：

观察针刺治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病颈痛的临床疗效，比较不同穴位处方对气滞血瘀型颈痛的即刻效应和累积疗效差异，总结针刺治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病颈痛的中医理论基础及其优势和特点，为在临床中推广应用针刺治疗颈椎病颈痛提供客观临床实验依据。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on neck pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type cervical spondylosis, compare the immediate effect and cumulative curative effect of different acupoint prescriptions on qi stagnation and blood stasis type neck pain, as well as summarize the theoretical basis of TCM and its advantages and characteristics in acupuncture treatment of neck pain. Therefore it can provide an objective clinical experimental basis for the promotion and application of acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合颈椎病的诊断标准； 2）因颈部外伤或损伤而发病，颈项强痛，动则加剧，痛点固定不移；常伴肢体麻木，舌质淡红，或紫暗有疲斑、脉弦或涩。 3）18≤年龄≤65； 4）颈痛病程≥12周 5）治疗前3分≤VAS≤7分； 6）近2周内未曾服用任何止痛药物或糖皮质激素类药物； 7）签署知情同意书，自愿参加并全程配合本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1) accord with the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis; 2) caused by neck trauma or injury, stiff and pain neck with fixed pain points, the pain will intensified when move; often accompanied by limb numbness, pale red tongue with purple dark spots （or not）, string or uneven pulse 3) Aged 18 to 65 years; 4) The course of neck pain >=12 weeks; 5）VAS 3 to 7 before treatment; 6) Have not taken any painkillers or glucocorticoids in the past 2 weeks; 7) Sign the informed consent form, volunteer to participate and cooperate with the researcher.

排除标准：

1）不符合上述入选标准者； 2）孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 3）脊髓型颈椎病，或有其他绝对手术指征，必须进行手术治疗者； 4）合并心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神病者； 5）1个月内接受过颈椎病相关治疗，或曾接受其他有关治疗可能影响本研究的效应指标观测者； 6）不能正确理解并填写与研究相关的各种量表者； 7）不愿加入本试验者； 8）研究者认为不宜参加本研究的其它情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who do not accord with the above inclusion criteria; 2) pregnant or lactating women; 3) cervical spondylotic myelopathy, or other indications for absolute surgery, must be treated surgically; 4) Those who have serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, digestive system, or mental illness; 5) Have received cervical spondylosis-related treatment within 1 month, or have received other treatments that may affect the effector indicators of the study; 6) Can not correctly understand and fill out the various scales related to the research; 7) Reluctant to join the tester; 8) The investigator believes that it is not appropriate to participate in other situations in this study.
