研究目的：

红艾通络方外洗联合督灸是否能缓解对奥沙利铂的神经毒性反应。

Objectives of Study：

Can external washing of Hongai Tongluo recipe combined with Du moxibustion relieve neurotoxic reaction to oxaliplatin

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 均经病理确诊为胃癌或大肠癌，病理类型不限； ② 均为初次应用奥沙利铂化疗。 ③ 检查心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能等基本正常。Karnofsky评分（KPS）≥70分； ④ 预计生存期超过3个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients were diagnosed as gastric cancer or colorectal cancer by pathology, and the pathological types were not limited; 2. Oxaliplatin chemotherapy was used for the first time. 3. The ECG, blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function were basically normal. Karnofsky score (KPS) >= 70; 4. The expected survival time was more than 3 months.

排除标准：

伴有脑血管病变等神经系统疾病者，糖尿病周围神经病变者，正在用可能引起神经毒性其他化疗药物治疗者，存在手足皮肤病变或有药物过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, patients who are being treated with other chemotherapy drugs that may cause neurotoxicity, patients with hand foot skin lesions or history of drug allergy.
