研究目的：

1. 寻找无创性全面评估重症肺炎并能预测患者预后的评价指标。 2. 寻找一条中西医相结合治疗儿童哮喘的方案，并进一步向基层医疗单位推广。

Objectives of Study：

1. Search for a noninvasive assessment of the severe pneumonia and predict the prognosis of children; 2. Search for a combination of Chinese and Western medicine to treat childhood asthma.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄28天-12岁。 2. 符合儿童哮喘或肺炎的诊断标准。 3. 患儿父母或其他法定监护人知情同意受试。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 28 days to 12 years. 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for asthma or pneumonia in children. 3. Informed consent of the parent or other legal guardian.

排除标准：

合并有其他严重心肺疾病及自身免疫性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with other serious cardiopulmonary diseases and autoimmune diseases, etc.
