研究目的：

本课题拟以厌食症患儿为研究对象，探讨推拿疗法对厌食症患儿肠道菌群结构的影响，解决中医外治法防治厌食症的关键科学问题，发展创新中医治疗方法，为临床治疗厌食症提供一种既可行又能得到这一研究领域普遍认可的创新性研究和治疗方法。

Objectives of Study：

This subject is intended to take children with anorexia as a research object, to explore the effect of massage therapy on the intestinal microflora structure of children with anorexia, to solve the key scientific problems of TCM external treatment for the prevention and treatment of anorexia, to develop innovative TCM treatment methods for clinical treatment Anorexia provides an innovative research and treatment method that is both feasible and widely recognized in this research area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合小儿厌食症的中西医诊断标准； ② 年龄在2岁-12岁； ③ 病程在2周以上； ④ 患儿法定知情人同意受试。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for infantile anorexia; 2. Patients aged 2-12 years; 3. Patients with a course of more than 2 weeks; 4. The child's legal insiders agreed to the test.

排除标准：

① 不能配合治疗者； ② 合并心、脑、肝、肾、血液系统疾病及急性感染者； ③ 后背或所推拿穴位处局部皮肤有破损者； ④ 其它疾病所致厌食者（如神经性厌食等）； ⑤ 近一个月内对厌食进行过其它治疗者； ⑥ 同时参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot cooperate with the treatment; 2. Patients with heart, brain, liver, kidney, blood system diseases and acute infection; 3. Patients with local skin damage on the back or at the massage points; 4. Anorexia caused by other diseases (such as anorexia nervosa, etc.); 5. Patients who have received other treatment for anorexia in the past month; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials at the same time.

随机抽取健康体检的健康小儿60人为空白组，根据计算机产生的随机数字将厌食症患儿严格按入选时间先后顺序，确定该受试者随机号，按随机号所对应的分组随机分为推拿组和对照组，各60人。
