研究目的：

1.基于“扶阳”理论，形成心脏康复五禽戏中医运动方案。 2.评价心脏康复五禽戏中医运动方案在临床的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the theory of "supporting yang", the traditional Chinese medicine exercise program of "five birds play" for heart rehabilitation is formed. 2. Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the traditional Chinese medicine exercise program for heart rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合心梗后心衰的相关诊断标准，且处于康复期的患者； 2.年龄18-70岁； 3.心功能分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 4.辨证分型为阳虚的患者； 5.患者和（或）家属知情同意并自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of heart failure after myocardial infarction and are in the rehabilitation stage; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Cardiac function grade ⅱ - ⅲ; 4. Patients with yang deficiency according to syndrome differentiation. 5. Patients and / or family members informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

1. 认知能力差及交流障碍不能配合者； 2. 年龄小于18岁或大于70岁的患者； 3. 患有严重的脏器衰竭、严重心脑血管疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病以及其他运动禁忌证而不适宜进行五禽戏运动者； 4. 近一个月参加其他临床研究者。 5. 处于心血管疾病不稳定期的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor cognitive ability and communication difficulties; 2. Patients younger than 18 years old or older than 70 years old; 3. Those who suffer from severe organ failure, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases and other exercise contraindications and are not suitable for five bird games; 4. Other clinical researchers in the past month. 5. Patients with unstable cardiovascular disease.
