研究目的：

主要目的：通过近红外光谱成像技术监测头穴丛刺治疗脑卒中认知障碍，为大脑认知功能研究提供了一种新的客观的检测手段。 次要目的：认知障碍患者的脑功能活动可能与大脑皮层的某些结构及重要核团的功能密切相关。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To monitor plexus acupuncture in the treatment of stroke cognitive impairment by near-infrared spectroscopy imaging, and provide a new objective detection method for the study of brain cognitive function. Secondary purpose: Cerebral functional activity in patients with cognitive impairment may be closely related to certain structures of the cerebral cortex and the function of important nuclear groups.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述诊断标准； （2）蒙特利尔认知量表（MoCA）：17<MoCA于 12 年者，18<MoCA； （3）日常生活能力量表（ADL）：ADL＜100 分； （4）汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HADM）：HADM<35分； （5）年龄：50-80 岁，男女均可； （6）脑出血或者脑梗死患者； （7）病程：病程< 6个月； （8）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Montreal Cognitive Scale (MoCA): 17 <MoCA in 12 years, 18 <MoCA; (3) Daily Living Ability Scale (ADL): ADL <100 points; (4) Hamilton Depression Scale (HADM): HADM <35 points; (5) Age: 50-80 years old, both men and women; (6) Patients with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; (7) Course of disease: course of disease <6 months; (8) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）由中枢系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病、精神病、肝肾功能不全、甲状腺 功能低下、酒精性脑病等脑血管病以外的其他原因导致的认知障碍；（2）早期表现为进行性加重的记忆缺损或其它失语、失用、失认等 认知功能障碍，但影像学检查无相应的局灶性损害； （3）严重失语或肢体功能障碍、严重的视力、听力障碍而影响检查 者合并有心脑肝肾、造血系统等严重原发疾病和精神病症等患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cognitive disorders caused by other causes other than cerebrovascular diseases such as inflammatory demyelinating diseases of the central system, psychosis, liver and kidney dysfunction, hypothyroidism, and alcoholic encephalopathy; (2) Early manifestations of progressively worsened memory deficits or other cognitive dysfunctions such as aphasia, aphasia, and misrecognition, but there is no corresponding focal damage on imaging examination; (3) Severe aphasia or limb dysfunction, severe The visual and hearing impairment affects the examiner with patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental disorders.
