研究目的：

探讨八段锦运动方案对早期乳腺癌化疗暴露患者认知功能的防治效果及对生活质量的效果。

Objectives of Study：

to examine whether Baduanjin exercise programme is a protective measure to improve cognitive function and quality of life in chemotherapy-exposed patients with early-stage breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

女性患者；首次临床病理诊断为乳腺癌（Ⅰ-Ⅲ期）；年龄 40-75 岁；行单侧乳腺癌改良根治术后行辅助化疗的患者；患侧肢体功能 基本恢复（手高举过头）；病情稳定，神志清楚，有良好的读写能力；自愿受试，积极配合并签署。

Inclusion criteria

(1) female patients newly diagnosed stage I to III breast cancer; (2) schedule to receive adjuvant chemotherapy; (3) aged 40 to 75 years; (4) sufficient fluency of the Chinese language; and (5) willing to participate in the study and be randomly assigned

排除标准：

过去5年内发生的其他原发性或复发性侵袭性癌症；癌症转移或复发；术前行新辅化疗；有严重精神疾病如重度焦虑抑郁有自杀倾向等；合并重要器官严重疾病，如心力衰竭，肾衰竭；近期有跌倒史或存在运动障碍，如骨折、严重关节炎等骨骼系统疾病等；实验之前近三个月有参加有规律的运动每周至少5次，每次30钟，如太极，气功等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) disease recurrence or metastasis; (2) known conditions and/or diseases that impact cognition (eg, Alzheimers disease, dementia, or other psychological diagnoses); (3) disorders that might preclude exercise participation (eg, fracture, arthritis); and (4) current/planned participation in mindfulness-based exercise programs (eg, TaiChi or Qigong).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

原始数据表（SD）：SD表由参与本研究的研究人员填写。SD表记录内容包括一般情况、治疗记录、干预实施情况、各量表评定结果、不良事件记录等。每位入组对象都必须填写一份SD表。 临床病例报告表（CRF）：每位入组对象都必须完成CRF表。由专门负责数据誊写整理的人员从SD表中完整、真实、准确无误将原始数据抄入CRF表中，经临床研究监察员审核签字后，将CRF表及时移交数据管理员，由数据管理员将CRF表数据准确录入数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Raw data form (SD) : the SD form was completed by the researchers participating in the study.SD table records include general conditions, treatment records, intervention implementation, rating results of each scale, adverse event records, etc.Each enrolled object must fill out an SD table. Clinical case report form (CRF) : each participant must complete the CRF form.The original data will be copied into the CRF form from the SD form completely, truly and accurately by the personnel specialized in data copying and sorting. After the review and signature by the clinical research inspector, the CRF form will be handed over to the data manager in a timely manner, and the data manager will accurately enter the CRF form data into the database.
