研究目的：

本研究通过调查法、文献法、历史法等方法进行古籍查阅，探索古代眼科梅花针疗法的应用穴位，并采用正交设计筛选出有显著干预近视进程效果的穴位，采取随机、对照、单盲的方法进行临床试验，基于脑电图、fMRI等检查结果，阐述脑部皮质区相应变化的神经机制，并探索出梅花针防控近视的规范操作，为临床工作提供理论依据和操作规范。

Objectives of Study：

This research through the methods such as survey method, literature method, history method for ancient books to consult, explore the application of acupuncture points of ancient eye plum needle therapy, and screened by orthogonal design with significant intervention effect of myopia process points, take the randomized, controlled clinical trials, single blind method, based on the results of eeg and fMRI to check This paper expounds the neural mechanism of the corresponding changes in cerebral cortex, and explores the standard operation of plum blossom needle to prevent and control myopia, providing theoretical basis and operation standard for clinical work.

Inclusion criteria

It conforms to the myopia standard of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Ophthalmology. Patients receiving myopic plum blossom needle treatment in TCM nursing clinic

排除标准：

1.有角膜、结膜疾病及玻璃体、视网膜等其他眼病患者； 2.共同性斜视患者。 3.相关资料不全，进行检查及辨证不合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with corneal and conjunctiva diseases and vitreous and retina diseases; 2. Patients with concomitant strabismus. 3. The relevant information is not complete, and the examination and syndrome differentiation are inconsistent with the author.

操作方法、疗程与试验组相同，穴位选取中国中医科学院眼科医院中医护理门诊治疗常用穴位（风池、百会、太阳、四白、四神聪、阳白、球后、睛明、承泣等穴）。

The acupoints were selected from the traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient clinic of the Eye Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (Fengchi, Baihui, sun, Sibai, Sishencong, Yangbai, Qiu Hou, Jingming, Chengqi, etc.).

受试者于受试第一周，每日接受1次梅花针疗法，每次梅花针叩刺时间为5分钟，采用专家组制订的组合穴位。1周后改为每间隔1天接受一次梅花针疗法，总疗程为1个月。
