研究目的：

观察基于数据挖掘的行气导滞汤治疗气滞型功能性便秘的临床疗效评价。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy evaluation of Xing Qi Dao Zhi Decoction for the treatment of functional constipation with qi stagnation based on data mining.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合罗马 IV 功能性便秘诊断标准；中医辨证属于气滞型； 2.年龄≥18周岁且≤65周岁；性别不限； 3.入组前至少一周内未服用任何通便药（如：杜密克、麻仁软胶囊）； 4.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Roman diagnostic criteria for functional constipation IV; TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to qi stagnation; 2. Aged >=18 and <= 65 years old; No gender restriction; 3. Did not take any laxative medicine (such as Dumicol and MAREN soft capsule) for at least one week before enrollment; 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

1.合并心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器严重损害； 2.妊娠期或哺乳期； 3.经检查确诊为结直肠器质性病变； 4.伴有肠易激综合征者，以及腹部曾有手术史者； 5.有明确焦虑、抑郁症病史并且长期服用精神类药物引起的便秘。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe damage to heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organs; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Colorectal organic lesions were confirmed by examination; 4. Those with irritable bowel syndrome and those with abdominal surgery history; 5. A clear history of anxiety,depression and constipation caused by long-term use of psychiatric drugs.
