1. Starting from the base of the ribs, run alternately with all four fingers of the right and1 left hand vertically downward along both sides of the xiphoid process (1.5 minutes);
2. Starting from the bottom of the ribs, beginning with the xiphoid process, the left and right thumbs pass simultaneously along the lower costal margin.(1.5 minutes);
3. Make the "I Love U" stroke by tracing the letter "I" from the left costal margin down. Run from the base of his right rib across his abdomen, slide to the base of his left rib and below, and draw an inverted "L". then draw an inverted U shape under the baby's right side, over and around the belly button, and under the left side (3 minutes);
4. With the navel as the center of the circle and 2/3 of the distance from the navel to the xiphoid process as the radius, the track slides just below the costal margin. Massage infants abdomen clockwise with your fingertips in a circular motion (3 minutes);
5. Starting from the right side of the abdomen, from top to bottom, with the two fingers in the right upper abdomen, press the right middle abdomen, the right lower abdomen, the middle upper abdomen, the middle lower abdomen, the left upper abdomen, the left middle abdomen, the left lower abdomen with appropriate strength;
6. Hold the infants' legs with both hands, make them bend, thigh close to the abdomen, stay for 3-5 seconds.
7. Tap 15 times or press gently on the sole of the foot;
8. The forearm massage
(1) In the ulnar side of the forearm, stroke infants skin with the thumb or the middle finger and index finger from the elbow to the wrist stripes, the left and right forearms 15 times each;
(2) In the radial side of the forearm, use the thumb or index fingers to stroke infants skin from the wrist to the elbow stripes, about 15 forearm each.

Inclusion criteria
|
1. Admitted between February 2021 and February 2022;
2. 28 weeks <= gestational age <= 34 weeks, 1000g <= birth weight <= 2000g, admitted to the Neonatal Treatment Center of the Affiliated Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University within 24h after birth;
3. Stable vital signs;
4. Meet the FI diagnostic criteria;
5. The child's guardian is willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria:
|
1. Infants who are in critical condition and is difficult for us to make an exact evaluation on the efficacy and safety of treatment implemented on them;
2. Infants with skin disease, intestinal obstruction, sepsis, necrotizing enterocolitis, and infants who need abdominal surgery or use of ventilator support;
3. Infants with congenital heart disease, gastrointestinal malformation, central nervous system dysfunction, immune deficiency or other genetic metabolic diseases;
4. Infants who need surgery during this hospitalization.
