研究目的：

旨在探讨太极拳联合rTMS干预阈下抑郁患者抑郁症状的临床效果，以期为临床提供更有效的康复方案。

Objectives of Study：

The aim was to explore the clinical effects of tai chi combined with rTMS intervention on depressive symptoms in subthreshold depressed patients, with a view to providing a more effective rehabilitation program for the clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄19～30岁，性别不限； ②流调中心抑郁量表（The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale，CES-D）分数16~25； ③右利手； ④知情同意，志愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 19 to 30 years old, gender is not limited; ② The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) score between 16 and 25; ③ Right-handedness; ④ Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

①根据《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》（DSM-V）诊断标准，满足心境障碍、双相抑郁障碍、精神病等的诊断标准； ②既往有重性抑郁、癫痫或癫痫家族史、神经变性疾病、脑血管疾病、神经系统疾病、脑部损伤史等的病史； ③既往有使用精神病药物或成瘾障碍（如药物滥用、酗酒等）； ④存在体内金属植入物，如心脏起搏器、人工耳蜗、金属关节等铁磁性异物、高热、怀孕、幽闭恐惧症等核磁共振扫描禁忌症； ⑤患有严重的睡眠障碍或严重的焦虑障碍患者，失眠严重指数量表(The insomnia severity index，ISI) ≥22，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）分数≥29； ⑥正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Satisfaction of diagnostic criteria for mood disorders, bipolar depressive disorder, psychosis, etc. according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) diagnostic criteria; ② Previous history of major depression, epilepsy or family history of epilepsy, neurodegenerative disease, cerebrovascular disease, neurological disease, history of brain injury, etc; ③ Prior use of psychiatric medications or addiction disorders (e.g., drug abuse, alcoholism, etc.); ④ Presence of metal implants in the body, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, metal joints, and other ferromagnetic foreign objects, high fever, pregnancy, claustrophobia, and other contraindications to MRI scanning; ⑤ Patients with severe sleep disorders or severe anxiety disorders. The insomnia severity index (ISI) ≥22, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score ≥29; ⑥ Those who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
