研究目的：

评价中西医协同微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根黏连的安全性和降低复发率的优效性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine with minimally invasive treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with nerve root adhesion and the superiority of reducing the recurrence rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合腰椎间盘突出症神经根黏连诊断标准； ②ODI指数≥10； ③年龄20岁～70岁之间，男女不限； ④经知情同意后，自愿加入本研究，并签署“知情同意书”。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of nerve root adhesion in lumbar disc herniation; 2. Patients with ODI >= 10; 3. The age is between 20 and 70 years old; 4. Patients who voluntarily join the study and sign "informed consent" after informed consent.

排除标准：

①腰椎间盘突出症未发生神经根黏连者。 ②腰椎间盘突出症伴有马尾神经和下肢运动神经损伤。 ③曾接受过脊柱外科手术治疗者。 ④有脊柱严重创伤史，影像学检查有脊柱骨折、脱位、脊柱结核、脊柱侧凸、脊柱不稳、脊柱肿瘤、严重腰椎退行性改变等脊柱骨质病变者。 ⑤伴有局部软组织破溃或感染性炎性病变者。 ⑥合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神心理病患者。 ⑦妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。 ⑧研究者认为不适合加入或受试者不愿加入本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with lumbar disc herniation without nerve root adhesion; 2. Patients with lumbar disc herniation with cauda equina and lower extremity motor nerve injury; 3. Patients who have received spinal surgery; 4. For patients with history of severe spinal trauma, spinal bone lesions such as spinal fracture, dislocation, spinal tuberculosis, scoliosis, spinal instability, spinal tumor, severe lumbar degenerative changes and other spinal bone lesions were detected by imaging examination; 5. Patients with local soft tissue rupture or infectious inflammatory lesions; 6. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoiesis, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental disorders; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients who are considered unsuitable or unwilling to join the study.
