研究目的：

探讨中西医结合治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicinne in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合全国第四届脑血管病学术会议修订的脑卒中诊断标准，并经头颅 CT 或 MRI证实； （2）符合AHA/ASA血管性认知障碍和痴呆的诊断标准； （3）年龄在50－70岁； （4）既往无器质性疾病； （5）既往无精神疾病、无四肢瘫痪； （6）一般情况和生命体征稳定，简易精神状况检查表筛查，文盲（未受教育）组≤17，小学（受教育年限≤6年）≤20，中学或以上（受教育年限＞6年）组≤24分，诊断为轻中度痴呆。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke revised by the 4th National Symposium of Cerebrovascular Diseases and confirmed by head CT or MRI; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of AHA/ASA vascular cognitive impairment and dementia; (3) Age 50-70 years old; (4) no previous organic disease; (5) No previous mental illness, no QUADRIPLEGIA (6) stability of general and vital signs, screening of summary Mental status checklist, illiteracy (uneducated) group <= 17, Primary School (educated for less than 6 years) <= 20, the group with secondary school or above (years of education > 6 years) <= 24 scores was diagnosed as mild to moderate dementia.

排除标准：

(1)因风湿性心脏病、冠心病及其他心脏病合并房颤等严重的心肺功能障碍； (2)并发肝肾功能障碍、重症感染、严重糖尿病、肿瘤等病患者； (3)严重的视力／听力受损； (4)意识不清，交流沟通障碍，无法配合者； (5)重度痴呆患者及其他原引起的痴呆。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction due to rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease and other heart diseases complicated with atrial fibrillation; (2) complicated with hepatic and renal dysfunction, severe infection, severe diabetes Mellitus, tumor, etc.; (3) severe visual/hearing impairment; (4) the consciousness is not clear, the communication barrier, can not cooperate; (5) the serious dementia patient and other original causes dementia.
