研究目的：

综合评价中医外治法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效，为临床制定中医外治法治疗膝骨性关节炎的操作方案提供可靠的研究依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for knee osteoarthritis and provide reliable research basis for external treatment operation plan of traditional Chinese medicine for knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合膝骨性关节炎诊断标准及中医辨证标准； ②疼痛程度在中度以上（VAS评分≥4分）； ③年龄45～75 岁； ④在进入研究前至少1月未使用过治疗性药物，未参加其它临床研究者； ⑤患者本人签署或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Match the diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation standard of knee osteoarthritis; 2. The pain above moderate (VAS>=4); 3. Aged between 40 and 75 years old; 4. Before entering the study, without taking any therapeutic drugs at least 1 month and participating in other clinical study; 5. Signing an informed consent in writing by the patient or the immediate family member.

排除标准：

①过敏体质者； ②用药局部皮肤破损； ③合并心血管、肝、肾、消化、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者； ④孕妇及哺乳期妇女； ⑤进展性恶性肿瘤或其它严重消耗性疾病，易合并感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic constitution; 2. Skin breakage on knee; 3. Complicating with severe cardiovascular, hepar, nephros, digestive, hematopoietic system diseases; 4. Impregnate or lactation female; 5. Patients with advanced cancer or other serious wasting diseases, easy to be infected and bleeding.
