研究目的：

采用随机对照的研究方法，对符合间质性膀胱炎的中年女性患者进行临床疗效的评价及相关实验指标的检测，寻找一种客观有效的间质性膀胱炎的治疗方法，从而使更多的患者受益。

Objectives of Study：

Randomized controlled research method is used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and related experimental indicators of middle-aged female patients who meet the criteria for interstitial cystitis, and to find an objective and effective treatment method for interstitial cystitis, so as to make more Patients benefit.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将符合纳入标准的间质性膀胱炎的中年女性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用西医常规治疗方案；试验组在常规治疗方案的基础上行中医辨证治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗后间质性膀胱炎症状指数、问题指数评分、尿流动力学指标及观察不良反应。以及中医证候评分标准的变化，比较其临床疗效。患者在用药期间均禁烟禁酒、禁止食用辛辣刺激类食物。治疗期间所有患者均不能服用其他对本病有治疗效果或对疾病有影响的药物。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Middle-aged women with interstitial cystitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment plan; the experimental group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation based on conventional treatment scheme. Interstitial bladder inflammation symptom index, problem index score, urodynamic index and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. And the change of TCM syndrome scoring standard to compare its clinical efficacy. During the medication period, the patients were prohibited from smoking and drinking, and were not allowed to consume spicy foods. All patients should not take other drugs that have a therapeutic effect on the disease or have an effect on the disease during the treatment.

纳入标准：

1. 参照《吴阶平泌尿外科学》，符合间质性膀胱炎的诊断标准； 2. 无明确原因可解释的尿频、尿急、膀肤疼痛症状，尿培养阴性。 3. 麻醉下，水扩张后膀胱镜检见点状出血或Hunner溃疡。 4. 30≤年龄≤60岁的女性患者； 5. 已自愿签署知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Refer to "Wu Jieping's Urology" and meet the diagnostic criteria of interstitial cystitis; 2. No definite urinary frequency, urgency, or pain in the upper skin, and urine culture negative. 3. Under anesthesia, cystoscopy after water dilatation revealed spotted bleeding or Hunner ulcer. 4. Female patients aged 30-60 years; 5. Those who have voluntarily signed informed consent;

排除标准：

1. 过敏体质和对实验药品过敏者； 2. 合并肾癌、膀胱结核、泌尿系结石患者； 3. 合并其他恶性肿瘤患者； 4. 血液系统疾病，凝血功能障碍及自身免疫性疾病患者； 5. 合并严重心血管疾病、脑血管疾病，造血系统疾病，神经病患者； 6. 试验前3个月参加过其他临床研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with allergies and allergies to experimental drugs; 2. Patients with renal cancer, bladder tuberculosis, urinary stones; 3. Patients with other malignant tumors; 4. Patients with blood system diseases, coagulation dysfunction and autoimmune diseases; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, hematopoietic system disease, and neuropathy; 6. Participants in other clinical research 3 months before the trial.
