研究目的：

本研究拟采用前瞻性、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照试验的方法，以阶梯治疗法的思路，评价补肾化痰方联合西医方法治疗PCOS不孕症的临床疗效。优化“肾虚痰湿型”PCOS性不孕症患者的治疗方案，从而为临床的推广应用奠定坚实的基础。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of tonifying kidney and removing phlegm with western medicine in the treatment of PCOS infertility.To optimize the treatment scheme of PCOS infertility patients with "kidney deficiency, phlegm and dampness", so as to lay a solid foundation for the clinical application.

纳入标准：

所有病例均须符合不孕症、PCOS诊断标准及肾虚痰湿证诊断标准且年龄在20-45岁。

Inclusion criteria

All cases must meet the diagnostic criteria of infertility, PCOS and kidney deficiency, phlegm and dampness.Ages 20-45.

排除标准：

1. 对试验用药或已知药物成分过敏; 2. 伴有肝肾功能不全或其他脏器疾病; 3. 正参加其它临床试验的患者; 4. 研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. allergy to experimental or known drug ingredients; 2. accompanied by liver and kidney function insufficiency or other viscera disease; 3. patients participating in other clinical trials; 4. the researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical subjects.
