研究目的：

利用随机、平行对照法，探索“六字诀”气功对食管癌术后围术期患者呼吸功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The trial is randomized, parallel controlled, so as to understand the effects of LQG on the breath function of the postoperative esophageal resection patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

两组患者均将接受术后标准治疗，研究组病人在此基础上予以六字诀功能训练，一天2次，共2周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients in both groups will receive standard postoperative treatment, and patients in the experimental group will receive the extra Liuzijue Qigong exercise, twice a day for two weeks.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄35-80岁； 2. 符合食管癌诊断； 3. 术后生命体征稳定； 4. 能遵嘱完成指令动作； 5. 签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 35 to 80 years; 2. Diagnosed with esophageal cancer; 3. Postoperative vital signs were stable; 4. Patients who can properly follow the rehabilitation treatment; 5. Signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 心率：超过年龄允许的最高心率的70%，在静息心率的基础上下降>20%，<40次/分，>130次/分或出现新的心律失常的； 2. 收缩压<90或>200mmHg, 平均动脉压<65mmHg，需要使用血管活性药物，有活动性出血，使用主动脉球囊反搏，出现急性心肌梗塞； 3. 血氧饱和度<88%； 4. 呼吸频率<5 次/分或>40 次/分； 5. 机械通气：吸入氧浓度 FiO2≥60%，呼气末正压PEEP≥10 cmH2O，人机对抗，通气模式为控制通气； 6. 严重疾患致使不适合康复锻炼者； 7. 严重认知功能障碍者； 8. 严重腹部实质性病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The heart rate exceeds 70% of maximum heart rates of his age allows, or decreases over 20% on the basis of the resting heart rate, < 40 times/min, > 130 times/min or new arrhythmias shows; 2. Systolic blood pressure < 90 or > 200 mmHg, mean arterial pressure < 65 mmHg, dependent to vasoactive agents, active bleeding exists, and acute myocardial infarction shows; 3. Blood oxygen saturation <88%; 4. Respiratory rate < 5 times/min or > 40 times/min; 5. Mechanical ventilation: FiO2 >= 60%, PEEP >= 10 cmH2O, ventilation mode is controlled ventilation; 6. Serious diseases lead to not suitable for rehabilitation exercise; 7. Severe cognitive dysfunction; 8. Severe abdominal lesions of abdomen.

根据随机数字表（用EXCEL生成）对参加试验的受试者按照入选号进行随机化分组。该随机表存放在主要研究者处；入选者基本情况，由主要研究者进行判断，并根据预先确立的随机化表对每一个入选受试者进行随机化分组，即确定每一个入选受试者的组别和相应的康复措施，然后通知研究者依照随机化结果执行。
