研究目的：

通过生物力学的方法比较腰椎间盘突出症患者和无腰腿痛受试者在神经肌肉功能方面的差异，筛选出腰背及下肢关键肌群在腰突症中的贡献度，再利用生物力学的方法对比不同推拿干预方案的优效性，探讨关键肌群在指导推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的重要作用，为临床提供新的诊疗思路和科学证据。基于此研究目的，本研究分为2个子项目，项目1为“腰椎间盘突出症的生物力学特性研究”，项目2为“推拿干预腰椎间盘突出症的优化研究”。

Objectives of Study：

The biomechanical method was used to compare the difference in neuromuscular function between patients with low back pain and those without low back pain. The contribution of the key muscle groups of the lower back and extremities in low back pain process was screened. Methods Compare the superiority and effectiveness of different Tuina intervention programs, explore the important role of key muscle groups in guiding Tuina manipulation for low back pain, and provide new clinical ideas and scientific evidence for clinical treatment. Based on the purpose of this research, this study is divided into two sub-projects. Item 1 is "Research on the biomechanical characteristics of low back pain", and item 2 is "Optimal research on Tuina manipulation of low back pain".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

无腰腿痛受试者纳入标准 （1）年龄≥18周岁且≤55周岁，性别不限 （2）半年内无腰腿痛、无神经肌肉病变； （3）腰椎影像无突出、椎间隙狭窄、无许莫氏结节及腰椎旋转侧弯； （4）腰椎无峡部裂、隐裂； （5）测试前24小时无剧烈运动。 （6）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。 腰椎间盘突出症患者纳入标准 （1）年龄≥18周岁且≤55周岁，性别不限； （2）反复的腰腿部疼痛病史，病程≥3个月； （3）现四种神经体征中的两种征象（肌肉萎缩、运动无力、感觉减退和放射减弱）； （4）MRI示腰4～5、腰5～骶1突出； （5）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for subjects without low back pain 1. Aged >= 18 years old and <= 55 years old, regardless of gender; 2. No lumbago and leg pain, no neuromuscular lesion within half a year; 3. The lumbar spine image has no protrusion, stenosis of the intervertebral space, no Schmorl nodules and lumbar rotation scoliosis; 4. There is no isthmus and crack in the lumbar spine; 5. No strenuous exercise 24 hours before the test; 6. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent. Inclusion criteria for patients with low back pain 1. Aged >= 18 years old and <= 55 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Repeated history of waist and leg pain, course >= 3 months; 3. Two of the four neurological signs (muscle atrophy, motor weakness, decreased sensation and weakened radiation); 4. MRI shows that the waist 4~5, waist 5~sacral 1 are prominent; 5. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

具有下列情况之一者，不能纳入本试验： （1）既往严重脊柱创伤史； （2）影像学所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松等患者； （3）合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神病患者； （4）有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者； （5）妊娠期妇女； （6）不宜进行核磁共振检查者，如带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器者、体内有金属异物（金属植入物、避孕环）、胰岛素泵等； （7）近3个月内参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with any of the following conditions cannot be included in this test: 1. History of previous severe spinal trauma; 2. There are patients with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, etc. seen by imaging; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental illness; 4. People with other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute and chronic infections; 5. Women during pregnancy; 6. Those who are not suitable for MRI examination, such as those with cardiac pacemakers, nerve stimulators, metallic foreign bodies (metal implants, contraceptive rings), insulin pumps, etc.; 7. Those who participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
