研究目的：

本研究运用中西医结合治疗方法对小儿难治性支原体肺炎患儿进行干预，通过观察临床症状、胸部CT及细胞因子的检查，论证小儿难治性支原体肺炎之痰热毒闭肺络理论，进一步验证“通络”在治疗中的重要作用，形成小儿难治性支原体肺炎的临床治疗规范。

Objectives of Study：

Through observing clinical symptoms, chest CT and cytokine examination, this study demonstrates the theory of phlegm heat toxin closing lung collaterals in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia, further verifies the important role of "dredging collaterals" in the treatment, and forms the clinical treatment standard of refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合小儿难治性支原体肺炎西医诊断标准及中医疾病诊断标准、辨证标准者； 2）年龄3～14岁，男女不拘； 3）由受试者家长签属知情同意书，并能够配合者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation criteria of refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia in children; 2) The age ranged from 3 to 14 years old; 3) The parents of the subjects signed the informed consent form and were able to cooperate.

排除标准：

1）合并有其它免疫性疾病和/或应用免疫调节剂者； 2）伴有心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、缺氧性脑病等严重并发症者； 3）伴有严重的肝、肾疾病，心血管疾病，内分泌疾病，血液系统疾病，神经系统疾病者。 4）对试验药物过敏者； 5）近三月内参加或正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者； 6）根据医生判断，容易造成失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with other immune diseases and / or using immunomodulators; 2) Patients with heart failure, respiratory failure, hypoxic encephalopathy and other serious complications; 3) Patients with severe liver and kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, blood system disease, nervous system disease. 4) Allergy to the test drug; 5) Patients who have participated in or are participating in clinical trials of other drugs in recent three months; 6) According to the doctor's judgment, it is easy to lose the follow-up.
