研究目的：

探索老年患者全膝关节置换术后经皮穴位电刺激大陵穴，内关穴，印堂穴，劳宫穴，曲池穴的可行性，以及降低术后认知功能障碍的发病率、改善术后脑功能的作用。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility of transcutaneous electrical stimulation of Daling, Neiguan, Yintang, Laogong and Quchi points in elderly patients after total knee arthroplasty, and the effect of reducing the incidence rate of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and improve postoperative brain function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄65以上80岁以下患者； 2. ASA分级I-III级者； 3. 全膝关节置换术的病人； 4. 可以正常交流。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 60 to 75 years old; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty; 4. Patients can communicate normally.

排除标准：

1. 有脑部疾病或脑部疾病病史； 2. 通过细微精神状态（MMSE）检查小于24分证明存在认知功能损伤或CAM诊断已有谵妄者； 3. 存在神经和心理疾病的病史包括AD，中风，精神病； 4. 严重的听力或者视力损害。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Got encephalopathy or history of brain diseases; 2. Diagnosis of delirium grade<24 by MMSE or CAM; 3. Got nervous system disease and psychological illness include AD, stroke and mental illness; 4. Serious hearing disorder and visual impairment.

研究者之一先按病例纳入顺序将患者编号1-80。查随机数字表产生80个两位数的随机数，将随机数从小到大排列后得到序号R，并规定R=1~40者为A组，R=41~80者为B组.

One of the researchers number the patients 1-80 according to case inclusion order. Look up the table of Random Numbers to generate 80 random numbers, arrange the random numbers from small to large named number R, specify that R=1-40 is group A, R=41-80 is group B.
