研究目的：

本研究的目的是为了评价针刺在卵巢低反应患者促排卵治疗中的疗效，分析其对促卵泡激素(FSH)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2), 并B超监测卵泡生长、获卵数、优质胚胎数、临床妊娠率的影响，为针刺在辅助生殖技术领域的应用提供可靠的理论与临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the acupuncture in patients with ovarian low reaction stimulate ovulation treatment the curative effect, analyze its to follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), anti muller tube hormone (AMH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), and B ultrasonic monitoring follicle growth and egg number and the influence of the number of embryos, clinical pregnancy rate with high quality, for the application of acupuncture in the field of assisted reproductive technology to provide reliable theoretical and clinical basis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入标准： (1).高龄女性患者37岁-43岁。 (2).符合不孕症诊断标准：夫妻双方有正常性生活，且未避孕1年未妊娠者。 (3).符合卵巢低反应的患者。 (4).签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The elderly female patients aged 37-43 years old; 2. meeting the diagnostic criteria of infertility: both husband and wife have normal sexual life and have not been pregnant for one year without contraception; 3. patients with low ovarian response; 4. sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准： (1)因卵巢局部手术引起者。 (2)肿瘤患者，因放化疗引起卵巢功能减退者。 (3)因服用激素、免疫抑制剂等药物引起的卵巢功能减退者。 (4)合并心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. caused by local ovarian surgery; 2. patients with tumor whose ovarian function is decreased due to radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. decreased ovarian function caused by taking hormones, immunosuppressive drugs, etc.; 4. patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
