研究目的：

1.在全国范围内形成针灸治疗中风病注册登记数据库，提供中风病针灸应用特征和作用规律的真实世界证据，辅助针灸临床决策； 2.优化针灸治疗中风病临床研究范式，规范针灸实践，提升中风病临床治疗水平，推动针灸医疗质量均质化。

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a nationwide registry database of acupuncture and moxibustion for stroke, provide real-world evidence of acupuncture and moxibustion application characteristics and effect rules for stroke, and assist clinical decision-making of acupuncture and moxibustion; 2. To optimize the clinical research paradigm of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke, standardize the practice of acupuncture and moxibustion, improve the clinical treatment of stroke, and promote the homogenization of acupuncture and moxibustion quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18周岁； （2）中风病首次发病（含既往发生无症状腔隙性脑梗死者）≤90天； （3）符合脑梗死或脑出血诊断标准； （4）接受针灸治疗； （5）本人或家属理解试验内容，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The first onset of stroke (including previous asymptomatic lacunar infarction) <= 90 days; 3. Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Patients who can receive acupuncture treatment; 5. Patients or their family members understand the content of the trial and sign the informed consent.
