研究目的：

通过临床随机、对照的研究方法，比较川黄方联合康复运动疗法治疗CKD1-4期患者和常规西药组的治疗效果，探讨川黄方联合康复运动疗法治疗CKD1-4期患者的临床疗效，优化临床诊疗方案，为患者提供更有效的临床治疗方案，早期干预，延缓患者肾功能进展，降低复发率，减轻疾病痛苦，改善生活质量

Objectives of Study：

By randomized, controlled clinical research method, comparison of chuan Huang Fang CKD1-4 patients treated joint rehabilitation exercise therapy and the treatment effect of conventional western medicine group, discusses chuan Huang Fang joint rehabilitation exercise therapy CKD1-4 of the patient's clinical curative effect, optimizing the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan, provide more effective clinical treatment for patients, early intervention, slow progress in patients with renal function, reduce the recurrence rate, reduce the disease of pain, improve the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①符合慢性肾脏病1-4期的诊断标准。 ②符合脾肾亏虚、毒瘀互结证的中医证候诊断标准。 ③年龄在18岁~75岁。 ④患者自愿参加本次临床实验，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnostic criteria of stage 1-4 chronic kidney disease. 2. In line with the spleen and kidney deficiency, poison and blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis standard. 3. The age is 18 ~75 years old. 4. The patients voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①妊娠和准备妊娠妇女以及哺乳期妇女。 ②合并有其他严重原发性脏器疾病急需立即治疗，或有恶性肿瘤、活动性结核等消耗系统疾病。 ③已行肾移植术后，或准备行肾移植者。 ④精神障碍、智力障碍患者等不能良好配合者。 ⑤合并严重心律失常等活动性心脏病，肺充血和肺气肿等呼吸系统疾病，严重贫血等疾 病； ⑥肾功能急剧恶化需立即进行替代治疗者。 ⑦对治疗药物过敏者。 ⑧心功能NYHA 分级Ⅳ级。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and preparing pregnant women and lactating women. 2. With other serious primary visceral diseases in urgent need of immediate treatment, or with malignant tumors, active tuberculosis and other diseases of the consumption system. 3. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation or are about to undergo kidney transplantation. 4. Patients with mental disorders, mental disorders can not cooperate well. 5. Combined with severe arrhythmia and other active heart disease, pulmonary congestion and emphysema and other respiratory diseases, severe anemia and other diseases. 6. Acute deterioration of renal function requires immediate replacement therapy. 7. For the treatment of drug allergy. 8. Cardiac function NYHA IV.
