研究目的：

1.评估对于低位局部进展期直肠癌患者采用新辅助治疗+保直肠手术这一治疗方案的可行性、安全性、有效性。 2.比较低位局部进展期直肠癌患者接受新辅助治疗+保直肠手术与新辅助治疗+根治性手术在局部复发率、远处转移发生率、5年生存率等方面有无统计学差异。

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the feasibility, safety and effecy of the new adjuvant therapy plus rectal conservative surgery for patients with low locally advanced rectal cancer. 2. Comparing the local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate and 5-year survival rate of patients with low locally advanced rectal cancer receiving neoadjuvant therapy plus rectal preservation surgery and neoadjuvant therapy plus radical surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄在30-80岁之间； 2.术前行ERUS、MR、CT及病理活检，临床分期符合低位局部进展期直肠癌； 3.同意接受术前新辅助治疗+保直肠手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those aged between 30 and 80 years; 2. ERUS, MR, CT and pathological biopsy were performed before operation, and the clinical staging was consistent with low locally advanced rectal cancer. 3. Agree to accept preoperative neoadjuvant therapy plus rectal conservative surgery.

排除标准：

有结直肠肿瘤家族史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Family history of colorectal cancer.
