研究目的：

（1）探索ASL成像在足灌注成像中的应用价值，制定合理的临床应用规范和技术参数； （2）研究正常志愿者的ASL图像，得到正常人的足部的微循环灌注特点，并讨论该技术在足部微循环状态评估中的价值和限度，为其应用提供理论依据； （3）通过ASL得到的BF（Blood Flow，血流量）值探讨正常人与糖尿病足患者的足部微循环灌注的特点和差异，为后续多模研究打下基础；

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore the application value of ASL imaging in foot perfusion imaging, and formulate reasonable clinical application specifications and technical parameters; (2) Study the ASL images of normal volunteers, obtain the characteristics of normal foot microcirculation perfusion, and discuss the value and limit of this technology in the evaluation of foot microcirculation status, so as to provide theoretical basis for its application; (3) To explore the characteristics and differences of foot microcirculation perfusion between normal and diabetic foot patients through the BF (Blood Flow) value obtained by ASL, laying a foundation for the follow-up multi-model research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）非糖尿病组：既往健康，年龄40岁～75岁，血糖、血压、血脂未见异常，心肾功能无异常，且体重指数在正常范围。 （2）糖尿病组：既往临床确诊2型糖尿病，年龄40岁～75岁,且心肾功能无异常者,可根据临床诊断分出没有糖尿病足危险的组别和仅仅有前驱症状（神经症状或皮肤等改变）的组别，以及出现溃疡的糖尿病足患者的组别。

Inclusion criteria

(1) non-diabetic group: Previously healthy, 40 ~ 75 years old, no abnormal blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, heart and kidney function, and body mass index in the normal range; (2) diabetes group: Patients with previously clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes, aged 40 ~ 75 years, without abnormal cardiac and renal functions, can be divided into groups with no risk of diabetic foot, groups with only a precursor symptoms (such as neurological symptoms or skin changes), and groups with diabetic foot patients with ulcer according to clinical diagnosis.

排除标准：

心脏起搏器或严重幽闭恐惧症等属于磁共振绝对禁忌症的患者，不能纳入本研究。除此之外，各组排除标准为： （1）非糖尿病组：既往有足部手术、外伤、骨折等病史。有其他基础病者，如下肢血管狭窄及闭塞等血管疾病。 （2）糖尿病组：有其他基础病者，如下肢血管狭窄及闭塞等血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with pacemakers or severe claustrophobia, which are absolute contraindication to magnetic resonance, cannot be included in this study. In addition, the exclusion criteria for each group were: (1) non-diabetic group: Previous history of foot surgery, trauma, fracture, etc. Have other base disease person, be like hemal disease of narrow of lower limb hemal and occlusive wait for hemal disease; (2) diabetes group: Patients with other basic diseases, such as vascular diseases of lower limbs such as stenosis and occlusion.
