评估针刺结合艾灸治疗黄褐斑的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of chloasma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

该试验共纳入60名受试者。患者的色素沉着主要发生在面颊、前额和下颌处。经初筛评估后,符合全部纳入标准者则被纳入本试验研究，60名患者被随机分为两组:治疗组：针刺结合艾灸组30例;对照组：口服维生素C和维生素E30例。干预措施:治疗组接受针刺和艾灸疗法,针刺频率为一周两次,连续针刺8周,共治疗16次。对照组连续口服维生素C200毫克每日两次和维生素E100毫克，每日两次，连续口服8周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

女性年龄应在18至60岁之间,面部有黄褐斑并渴望得到改善,患者的色素沉着主要发生在面颊、前额和下颌处。

Inclusion criteria

Female age should be between 18 and 60 years old, facial chloasma and desire to improve, the patient's pigmentation mainly occurs in the cheeks, forehead and jaw

排除标准：

在过去三个月以内,使用过药物、激光、或其他任何黄褐斑治疗手段的女性患者,自发性或家族遗传性白癜风患者,其他色素沉着性皮肤病患者,妊娠期、哺乳期、口服避孕药患者,治疗前3个月有过日光浴,以及不愿参与该试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Within the past three months, the use of a drug, laser, or any other chloasma treatment of female patients, spontaneous or familial transmissibility vitiligo patients, patients with other pigmentation sex skin disease, pregnancy, lactation, patients with oral contraceptives, 3 months before the treatment have sunbathing, and are reluctant to participate in the test subjects.

由未参与试验的统计学老师严格按照诊断标准、纳入标准和排除标准筛选患者60例，采用随机对照试验的方法，合格的受试者依次编号1-60，由随机数字表产生60个随机数字，以1:1的比例分配至治疗组和对照组，每组各30例，采用不透光的信封保存随机数及分组，然后进行临床疗效的观察。
