本课题拟通过穿戴式腕踝电子针灸镇痛治疗仪结合手法治疗颈型及神经根型颈椎病，验证其疗效并探究同一治疗方式下两种不同类型颈椎病的疗效差异。对比穿戴式腕踝电子针灸镇痛治疗仪与常规腕踝针治疗颈椎病患者的疗效差异。验证穿戴式腕踝电子针灸镇痛治疗仪在临床治疗颈椎病中的有效性及安全性，做出客观的评价，为临床提供更加便捷有效的治疗方式及临床思维，为后期推广提供依据。 本研究针对颈型和神经根型颈椎病患者，充分发挥中医特色，将传统中医理论与现代科学技术相融合，为颈椎病患者提供更好的康复与治疗手段，同时为促进中医现代化发展做出贡献。

Objectives of Study：

This topic intends to treat cervical spondylosis and radiculopathy with a wearable wrist-ankle electronic acupuncture analgesic instrument combined with manipulation to verify its efficacy and explore the difference in the efficacy of two different types of cervical spondylosis under the same treatment method. To compare the curative effect of wearable wrist-ankle electronic acupuncture analgesia therapy device and conventional wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. To verify the effectiveness and safety of the wearable wrist-ankle electronic acupuncture analgesia in the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis, to make an objective evaluation, to provide a more convenient and effective treatment method and clinical thinking for the clinic, and to provide a basis for later promotion. This study is aimed at patients with cervical spondylosis of cervical type and radiculopathy, giving full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, integrating traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern science and technology, providing better rehabilitation and treatment methods for patients with cervical spondylosis, and at the same time promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. contribute.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥20岁并≤70岁，性别不限； 2.符合颈型或神经根型颈椎病诊断标准者；具有疼痛症状且VAS评分≥4分，无手术指征。 3.入组前 2周内未服用止痛药物者； 4.自愿参加本项签署临床试验知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 20 years old and ≤ 70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis of cervical type or radiculopathy; have pain symptoms and VAS score ≥ 4 points, and have no indication for surgery. 3. Those who did not take painkillers within 2 weeks before enrollment; 4. Those who voluntarily participate in this project and sign the informed consent form of the clinical trial;

排除标准：

1.其他疾病引起的颈痛； 2.患有其他严重疾病者，如肿瘤、结核、强直性脊柱炎，合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾等严重危及生命的原发性疾病患者； 3.有认知、精神或交流功能障碍者；妊娠和哺乳期妇女； 4.有局部皮肤破损或其他不适合针刺推拿者； 5.入组前1个月参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者；

1.Neck pain caused by other diseases; 2.Patients with other serious diseases, such as tumor, tuberculosis, ankylosing spondylitis, patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases; 3.Persons with cognitive, mental or communication dysfunction; pregnant and lactating women; 4.Those who have local skin damage or are not suitable for acupuncture massage; 5.Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials 1 month before enrollment;
