研究目的：

通过前瞻性、大样本真实世界的队列研究，评价针刺对体外受精-胚胎移植临床妊娠率的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the clinical pregnancy rate of women undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer through a prospective, large sample, real-world cohort study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）女性，20岁≤年龄<40岁； （2）拟行IVF、ICSI或PGD者； （3）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Female, aged >= 20 and < 40 years; （2）Preparing for IVF, ICSI or PGD; （3）Voluntarily signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）赠卵IVF者； （2）与不良妊娠结局相关的慢性疾病，如高血压、有临床症状的心脏病、糖尿病、肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病、重度贫血、静脉血栓史、肺栓塞或脑血管事件史、及恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Donor embryo transfer; （2）Chronic diseases associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as hypertension, clinically symptomatic heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, severe anemia, history of venous thrombosis, history of pulmonary embolism or cerebrovascular events, and malignant tumors.
