研究目的：

通过临床研究，与消食贴、健脾开胃外敷散相比，观察董氏开胃贴治疗小儿厌食症的疗效是否更优更安全。

Objectives of Study：

Compared Dong's Kaiwei plaster with Xiaoshi plaster and Jianpikaiwie external application powder, to observe whether Dong's Kaiwei plaster is better and safer in the treatment of infantile anorexia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合以上中医小儿厌食症、湿食里滞证诊断标准，西医小儿厌食症诊断标准。 ②年龄在2～6岁；起病≥2个月。近1个月内未使用过治疗本病的中药、西药。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conforms to the diagnostic criteria of the Shishilizhi syndrome of infantile anorexia with Traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnostic criteria of infantile anorexia with western medicine; 2. Aged 2 to 6 years old; Onset >=2 months. Have not used any traditional Chinese or Western medicine to treat this disease in the past 1 month.

排除标准：

①对本方中组成药物过敏者。 ②发生腹泻等病症者。 ③合并有心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病、精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to the constituent drugs in this prescription; 2. Diarrhea and other diseases; 3. With heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

严格遵循随机化分组原则，采用区组随机化，Blocksize=6。由复旦大学附属儿科医院临床试验中心产生随机数表，并且将每一个干预（T，A，B）装入一个独立小信封，将6个小信封按照一定顺序封装成一个大信封，交予临床医生。在知情同意之后，严格按照就医顺序和信封序号给予参与对象相应治疗。项目开始前由复旦大学附属儿科医院临床试验中心负责制定计划，并对相关医生进行培训。

The randomization principle is strictly followed. Block group randomization is adopted. Blocksize=6. The random number table was generated by the Clinical Trial Center of Pediatric Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, and each intervention (T, A, B) was placed in an independent small envelope.
