研究目的:

本研究对太极拳习练者进行三维运动及表面肌电检测采集运动数据,通过OpenSim仿真建模软件模拟受试者在运动过程中的运动学、动力学特征及肌肉、关节受力,从而探讨太极拳习练者在动作过程出现膝关节疼痛的生物力学特征差异,为安全地习练太极拳提供理论指导。

Objectives of Study:

In our study, three-dimensional motion and surface electromyography (sEMG) detection will be carried out on Tai Chi practitioners to collect movement data. The kinematics, dynamic characteristics, muscle and joint forces of subjects during exercise will be simulated by OpenSim so as to explore the differences of biomechanical characteristics of knee joint pain of Tai Chi practitioners in the movement process, and provide theoretical guidance for safe practice of Taijiquan Guide.

纳入标准:

1.功能障碍组: (1)有至少两年的杨氏太极拳练习经验; (2)Lysholm膝关节评分≤84分; (3)自愿参加,并签署知情同意书 2.对照组: (1)有至少两年的杨氏太极拳练习经验 (2)Lysholm膝关节评分>84分; (3)自愿参加,并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Dysfunctional group: 1. Those who have at least two years of Yang's Taijiquan practice experience; 2. Subjects with Lysholm knee score <=84; 3. Participants who voluntarily participate and sign informed consent. Control group: 1. Those who have at least two years of Yang's Taijiquan practice experience; 2. Subjects with Lysholm knee score > 84; 3. Participants who voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

排除标准:

(1)临床影像检查提示膝骨性关节炎,膝关节有骨折、脱位、结核、肿瘤、感染等; (2)有膝关节手术史; (3)有认知缺陷或交流困难的患者; (4)局部有皮损或创口不适宜做标记者; (5)存在其它下肢运动功能障碍者; (6)其他原因不能配合评估、治疗及检测者; (7)对医用酒精、医用胶布过敏者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis, fracture, dislocation, tuberculosis, tumor, infection, etc; 2. Patients with a history of knee surgery; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment or communication difficulties; 4. Patients with local skin lesions or wounds not suitable for marking; 5. Patients with other lower limb motor dysfunction; 6. Objects that cannot cooperate with assessment, treatment and testing due to other reasons; 7. Objects allergic to medical alcohol and medical adhesive tape.
