探索taVNS对FD患者胃容受性、胃电图、心率变异、临床症状评分的影响，并研究其作用机制

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of taVNS on gastric accomadtion, Electrogastrogram, heart rate variability and clinical symptom score of FD patients, and to study the mechanism of tavns

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄：21-65岁，男女不限； 2.根据罗马Ⅵ诊断为FD； 3.近1年内有相应的客观检查（胃镜或上消化道钡餐造影、血生化和大便化验等）排除消化系统器质性疾病； 4.自愿加入本研究，能接受问卷调查并配合胃电图及试餐检查

Inclusion criteria

1. aged 21-65 years male and female; 2. according to ROME VI diagnosed as FD; 3. in the past years, corresponding objective examinations (gastroscopy or barium meal examination of upper gastrointestinal tract, blood biochemistry and stool test, etc.) were excluded to exclude organic diseases of digestive system; 4. volunteered to participate in this study, and can be tested by questionnaires and electrocardiogram and meal examination.

排除标准：

1.对心电电极或营养餐的组成成分过敏者。 2.既往有胃肠道手术史； 3.有需要药物控制的糖尿病者； 4.合并心肝肾等重要器官和（或）造血系统等严重原发疾病者； 5.必须合并使用促动力剂者（如便秘，胃轻瘫）和因严重心理、精神因素所致消化不良症状者； 6.妊娠期和哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1. allergic to electrocardiographic electrodes or nutritious meals; 2. history of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. people with diabetes who need drug control; 4. combined with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and other important organs and / or hematopoietic systems; 5. it is necessary to combine those who use power promoting agents (such as constipation, gastroparesis) and dyspepsia due to severe psychological and mental factors; 6. women in pregnancy and lactation.
