研究目的：

本项目旨在解决慢性创面患者临床实践中所遇到的高频镇痛需求，运用传统中医的针刺疗法安全、快速而有效地缓解患者的创面疼痛。同时根据患者的脑功能变化，以数据驱动的方式开发不依赖患者主诉的镇痛疗效评估策略。

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to solve the high-frequency analgesic needs of patients with chronic wounds in clinical practice, and use traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy to safely, quickly and effectively relieve the pain of patients' wounds. At the same time, according to the changes in the patients' brain function, a data-driven approach is developed to evaluate the analgesic efficacy that does not depend on the patient's main complaint.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

由糖尿病、褥疮等各种原因所致的创面疾病患者，存高频镇痛需求者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with wound diseases caused by various reasons such as diabetes, bedsores, etc., and those who need high-frequency analgesia.

排除标准：

a. 进针部位皮肤及周围软组织处于感染状态； b. 低凝状态或其他高出血性风险患者； c. 除创面外存在其他引发疼痛的病症； d. 心脏起搏器、颅内或口腔金属植入物史。

Exclusion criteria：

a. The skin and surrounding soft tissues at the needle site are infected; b. Patients with hypocoagulability or other high bleeding risk; c. There are other pain-causing diseases besides the wound; d. History of pacemaker, intracranial or oral metal implants.

区组随机化分组法：(1)确定区组长度和两个组的所有可能排列:本项目中区组长度为组别两倍，设置为4（2）给每种可能排列的区组分配抽样号码(3)用抽签方法随机排列上述区组分配的号码。查随机数字表任意选择起始数 (4)将观察单位按事先编好的病例号从1号开始按顺序进入上述抽签后得到的区组号码顺序的各区组。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本项目所产生的患者信息、量表、患者CRF表及fMRI影像数据采用双备份形式，一份存储于专用硬盘柜中，由专人保管接入权限及钥匙。另一份每天进行EDC云端备份，由项目负责人核对无误后，保管接入权限。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The patient information, scales, patient CRF tables and fMRI image data generated by this project are in the form of double backups, one copy is stored in a dedicated hard disk cabinet, and access rights and keys are kept by a dedicated person. The other copy will be backed up to the EDC cloud every day, and the access authority will be kept after the project leader checks it.
