研究目的：

本研究通过开展随机对照临床试验，计划对早中期结直肠癌根治术后患者进行中西医结合心理康复方案干预及观察，明确中西医结合心理康复方案的临床疗效，提供更高级别循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out to plan the intervention and observation of integrative Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine mind-body rehabilitation online program for patients with early-stage colorectal cancer after radical surgery, so as to clarify the clinical efficacy of Chinese and Western mind-body rehabilitation program and provide higher-level evidence-based medical evidence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

中西医结合心身康复组: 由项目组中西医结合心身康复团队（心理咨询师、中医心理师、中医肿瘤医师）共同提供连续6周（每周一次）的中西医结合心身康复团队线上团体课程。空白对照组：根据随机化分组，在前6周不给予任何干预，6周后给予同等补偿的中西医结合心身康复课程。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Integrative Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and western medicine mind-body rehabilitation online program: Our integrative TCM-psycho rehab team will offer patients with a six-week online group therapy (once a week). Control group: According to randomization, patients in control group will not receive any intervention during the first six weeks and then be given the compensatory same online group therapy.

纳入标准：

①有明确病理诊断的结直肠癌患者。 ②TNM 分期为 I-III 期，完成根治术（R0 切除）。 ③年龄 18-75 岁，性别不限。 ④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with colorectal cancer with clear pathological diagnosis. ② TNM stage I-III and completed radical surgery (R0 resection). ③ Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited. ④ Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①已出现局部复发或远处转移。 ②无法理解并通过中文表达交流。 ③重度精神障碍（包括精神分裂症、痴呆、重度焦虑和抑郁等）。 ④任何不稳定情况或可能危害患者安全及其对研究的依从性的情况。 ⑤研究者判断依从性较差或不能配合完成研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have developed local recurrence or distant metastasis. ② Unable to understand and communicate through Chinese expression. ③ Severe mental disorders (including schizophrenia, dementia, severe anxiety and depression, etc.). ④ Any unstable condition or condition that may jeopardize patient safety and their compliance with the study. ⑤ Subjects who are judged by the investigator to be poorly adherent or unable to cooperate in completing the study.
