研究目的：

通过脑电图（EEG）和功能性核磁共振技术（fMRI）研究经皮穴位电刺激技术（TEAS）对大脑功能的影响及机制，为使用经皮穴位电刺激技术的康复疗法提供新的治疗思路。利用TEAS方法无创、安全有效的定量物理刺激穴位手段来深入探索其影响大脑高级神经功能活动和身体生理变化的机制。

Objectives of Study：

The effect and mechanism of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS）on brain function were studied by electroencephalogram (EEG) and functional nuclear magnetic resonance (fMRI), so as to provide a new treatment idea for rehabilitation therapy using transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation. The non-invasive, safe and effective quantitative physical stimulation of acupoints by TEAS is used to deeply explore the mechanism of its influence on brain high-level neural function and physical changes.

纳入标准：

①年龄在18-28岁的健康男性及未怀孕非哺乳期女性； ②本人自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① The ages of 18 and 28 healthy men and not pregnant not lactating women; ② Signed informed consent will be voluntarily.

排除标准：

①精神病、癫痫、幽闭恐惧症者或其他原因不能配合研究者； ②带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器者、人工金属心脏瓣膜等体内有金属异物者； ③有出血性疾病或出血倾向者； ④有晕针史者； ⑤穴位刺激部位表面皮肤局部存在感染、慢性炎症或者不能贴敷电极片者； ⑥未获得知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Epilepsy, mental illness claustrophobia or other reasons can't cooperate with researchers; ② People with a cardiac pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal with metal foreign body inside the body such as heart valve; ③ People with hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency; ④ People has a history of treatment; ⑤ Acupoint stimulation sites on the surface of the skin local infection, chronic inflammation or cannot attach electrodes; ⑥ Do not have informed consent will be.
